My super long food list since this past weekend - some not so hot choices, some good, meh it's all fine with me
March 25, 2011
Breakfast
- reduced sugar oatmeal with low cal yogurt
Snack
- three saltines with tsp peanut butter
Lunch
- whole grain weight watchers pita with 3 pieces turkey, sliced tomato and tsatsiki sauce
- baby carrots, snow peas and cherry tomatoes
- graham cookie
Snack
- handful of blueberries and raspberries
- sugar free jello cup
Snack 2 - ugg I hate working late and eating dinner late - I get so snacky when I delay my usual dinner time!
- handful of m&m pretzel candies
Dinner
- fondue night! (chicken, shrimp, veggies) with side salad
- chocolate peanut butter cupcake
- handful of jelly bellys (yikes what a night!) but soooo fun
* the gals stayed over so no exercise today - did play at the park for half an hour though - those little individual teetertotters are so fun! Trying to balance on it made my abs and but burn the next day haha

No real meals today - just snacky grazing..
- corn tortilla with chicken and goat cheese
- 2 crackers with curry tuna
- handful of cereal
- corn tortilla with chicken and hummus
- cheese string
Drinks out with Friends
- 4 double vodka sodas
- 1 fruity shot
*30 min on gazelle + tons of dancing the night away!

- 2 fruit roll ups (I crashed at my friends and took them to eat on my slightly sick feeling bus ride home haha)
Lunch
- hungry girl fake alfredo or Girlfredo or whatever it is (Shiritaki noodles, laughing cow cheese, fat free sour cream and parm - not bad at all!)
Snack
- 35 cal cup o soup
Dinner (out for dinner with family for sis's belated bday)
- 3 small pieces chicken pizza with pineapple
- fruit with dark chocolate fondue
- few mouthfuls of ceasar salad

- 3 pretzels
Lunch
- weight watchers whole grain pita with turkey, tomato and tsatsiki sauce
- snap peas, baby carrots and grape tomatoes
Dinner
- 2 small pieces leftover chicken pizza
- small bowl of cooked cherry tomatoes with parm
- bowl of cooked broccoli with wasabi lime dressing
Snack
- sliced strawberries with sprinkle of splenda and splash of balsamic
*1 Hour on Gazelle + various ab work

- weight watchers whole grain flat bun with tomato and onion tuna
- two sliced strawberries with a few baby carrots and some snap peas
Dinner
- 1 small pieces leftover chicken pizza
- small bowl of cooked cherry tomatoes with parm

-2 pieces turkey bacon
*45 min on gazelle

- whole grain flat bun with 3 pieces fat free ham, 1/2 laughing cow cheese, tsp dijon
- 2 sliced strawberries, baby carrots and grape tomatoes

- 1 hershey kiss
Dinner
- 6 inch subway chicken sandwich (veggies and hot sauce)
- small bag of pickle baked lays
Post Workout Snack
- piece of turkey bacon
