I had to workout today. I mean I don't want the Yeti to think I'm not trying or anything....he might rip me apart. :D

10min warm-up

DB BP 45#x10x8x6 (upping these on next workout)
Upright Row 45#x10 50#x10x10 (will up these a good deal on next workout)

Leg Press 180#/270#/360#x10 I hate doing these...I prefer lunges or DLs...but I need not stray from my routine. ;)
Leg Curl 85#x10 75#x8x6

Renegade Rows 30#x10x8x6
Alt. DB Curls 30#x7x6x6

DB Shrugs 90#x12x3
Reverse Flies 15#x10x8x6

Cable Pushdowns 60#x10x8x6

Followed by 20 mins of interval.

Tomorrow I will do a session of HIIT.

weighted crunches 6x25

ankle raise 4x12

Bench press
220 lbs 1x12
240 lbs 1x12
270 lbs 1x7
240 lbs 1x10

front squat
180 lbs 3x12

bent over row
150 lbs
3x10, 1X8
2 sets underhand grip, 2 sets overhand grip
upped the weight on these. The underhand grip was definately harder to do.

shrugs 200lbs
2x12, 1x10

Cable pull down
160 lbs 2x12
180 lbs 1x10

bicep curls
90 lbs
2x12 each arm

I rested friday and sunday and will do so today as I have finally succumbed to the cold my kids brought into the house. My head feels like its in a vice and my throut is cashed.

Looking good Eric! As much **** as I'm giving you your training program seems to be working for you. Keep it up and you'll soon be a Yeti.

I felt great after my workout but now its back to the head in a vice feeling. ****ing cold. I hardly ever get sick. This must be some super virus.
 
Holla!, I haven't posted in a while! :D

I got me some partners...I worked out with them and am helping them with their workouts and whatnot.

Monday I did some Back/Biceps and a little bit of legs...yesterday I did some triceps and chest...mixing it up a little so I can work side by side with my partners...they are liking it so far....we booked a squash session for thursday night...can't wait to give this sport a try (i never played before! :))

I did not log anything this week since everything has changed...once they get their routines down I will come back to my oh-so-usually-unusual-new-routine till then I will be doing 2-3 days splits and will maintain the low rep range...

Keep kicking ass my Yeti friend.

P.S. Just came back from Saw 5...that movie is beyond ****ed up, I LOVE IT! :D
