OK.
Monday night (November 3):
5 minute warm up on the bike.
Tried skipping for 5 minutes, too. Just about had a coronary.
Had to rest (translation: gasp for breath) for 5 minutes before getting into my workout.
Left shoulder is still taped up and bugging me. It must have been a larger tear than previously thought. It's been 7 weeks, so I haven't had a decent upper body workout for almost two months. Very depressing.
Lunges
3x10 (managed to hang on to 25 pound DBs but had to have them passed to me)
Squats (with spotter for my left arm in case I needed help putting the bar back)
1x10 @ 100lbs
1x10 @ 125lbs
1x10 @ 150 lbs
1x6 @ 175 lbs (don't know why I couldn't do more)
1x10 @205 lbs
Finally feeling like I'm actually doing some work with those now!
Leg curls
1x10 @ 80 lbs
1x10 @ 90 lbs
3x10 @ 100 lbs
Calf raises
3x10 with toes pointed out
3x10 with toes pointed straight
3x10 with toes pointed inwards
Bosu ball squats -- 3x10
Had a need to do bicep curls with my right arm. So I did 3x10 @20lbs.
Did some forward and lateral and overhead raises, too. Had to hit my delts. At least one side of them ...
Then did skullcrushers
3x10 @ 15lb DBs (felt the bicep tendon on those)
And tricep kickbacks
3x10 @ 10lb DBs (far too easy, but better than a kick in the butt).
And to finish off the workout, some one-armed pull ups. Spotted of course

I'm not that strong.
Ended off the whole session with 20 minutes of core and stretching.
Felt like I hadn't done anything when I got home
Physio on Tuesday night. Shoulder feels a lot better today
