Only did pull ups last night. Had to do what is hopefully the last cut on my lawn.

Pull ups as follows
1x10
chin ups
1x8
pull ups
1x8
chin ups
1x6
pull ups
1x5
chin ups
1x4
then 2 more of each before total failure.

Seriously I want to see your weight. My goal is fat loss but I should be doing this as well. It would be fun for you to bitch and whine at my not-so-good weight loss progress anyhow, yes? :D

My weight is all over this forum 213 lbs as of this morning. Plus I put up pics.
 
Last nights workout

push ups 2x50
weighted crunches 6x25

ankle raise 4x12

Bench press
220 lbs 1x12
240 lbs 1x12
270 lbs 1x7
240 lbs 1x10

front squat
180 lbs 2x12, 1x10

bent over row
150 lbs
2x10, 1X9, 1X8
2 sets underhand grip, 2 sets overhand grip
upped the weight on these. The underhand grip was definately harder to do.

shrugs 200lbs
2x12, 1x10

Cable pull down
160 lbs 2x12
180 lbs 1x8

hammer curls
50lb DB's
2x12 each arm

Hit up the treadmill last night for 33 minutes. I'd like to run outside but I don't have any clothes that are right for the job. So I'll settle for the treadmill for now.

tonight will be a rest night. I have a Halloween Spooktacular at my sons school and I'm picking up workout motivational substances. LOL

thanks. Yeah dude they rocked. I'm running out of weights though. I only have 270lbs of free weights. Hipefully I'll get some for Christmas this year.

I'm going to sit in my hot tub tonight with a big fatty and a gin and tonic. LOL

Ahh 270 can get you pretty far with a lot of stuff, but your a beast at benching, you need Santa to give you a lil supply!

Damn man your plan sounds awesome...hard to beat really.
