Hope all goes well for your Dad. Be sure to take sometime to take care of yourself too. I know how stressful it can be when you are worried about a sick parent. Those hospital visits & all the waiting around for updates can take a lot out of you. I know I usual have to make sure that I am actually eating regularly when my mom is admitted.

You & your family are in my thoughts.

and have yet stepped foot in 1 I still don't know what to exspect in 1

No problem Tammy! WHEW! I worked out for two and a half hours today! :D Walked for twenty, so lifted weights/elliptical/stairstepper for around 2 hours. I am gonna be hurtin in the mornin! lol. Thanks for stoppin by and checkin up on me.

So, I weighed in at 278 even..:) Not too bad, i guess:rolleyes: Maybe next week will be better :D Still feel like im holdin a LITTLE bit of water...who knows? Hope yall have a great day!!

thanks for stoppin by everybody, in my weight lifting class today i walked a mile, and lifted weights for 1 hour :D im a lil tired lol. i will post again later...very sleepy now, :D

TOTAL~839 Calories :D

Is it safe to burn off half of ur calories?

i have a feelin i am gonna be around 277 in the AM *lets not ginx myself* I cant stop drinkin water now! Im glad it has become a habit! :)
