are you using anyting to record calories? my guess is that your calorie count is too low - considering the amount you are exercising...

Mal~yea, i think now that that may be it, i have been exercising like crazy and not eating...i didnt realize how low it was til i typed it out (bad emily!) lol. How much would you reccomend me take in. (I walk at least 30 minutes everyday, lift weights for 45-60 min, and do tae bo for 55 minutes..)

Hey Hun if your exercising alot you need to eat alot more as well, i learnt that the hard way after being in a rut for a long time...
 
I was too...but the more I ate when i exercised like crazzzy the more I lost...do you use sparks ppl - type your activity level into the thingy or whatever and it tells you how much you should consume - I do it based on a physical job and 30 mins of exercise a day and I need to eat at least 1300 cals and as high as 1750...but when I eat my cals dead on the weight slowly drops
 
My favorite healthy, and filling snack at the moment is sliced apple with a tablesoon of peanut butter. Under 200 calories, and the protein really helps. :)

and good luck on increasing your food intake em :) you may just be stuck in a rut so a boost to the metabolism would be great for the weight loss.
on my journal ive got a calorie cycling link posted (on one of the pages towards the end) if you think you might find it useful...its to stop pateaus and gives an amount per day that you should eat for either maintenacen/fat loss or extreme fat loss. i think its the bees knees but its up to you :D glad to hear you had a good v day x

Dari~yea, i love that! But my peanut butter is being recalled, i kno that sounds crazy, but the peter pan peanut butter and the great value peanut butter are being recalled b/c of salmonella....ugh....so, gonna go buy some jiff soon (i hope :)) however, i didnt know the protein helped! :)

Weighed in at 280.2 this mornin, which means i am losin this bs water weight, i expect to be about 278 after my period...or at least i hope. I am beginning to think this may be muscle since i lift weights everyday for around an hour.

Well, heres my food so far today.

BREAKFAST

1 cup smart start cereal- 270 cal

I am amazed that you are able to eat HALF a Three Musketters Bar...IMPRESSIVE! You have some will power going on there girl. I think I would have had to finsih it... CONGRATS.
