ok, so todays weigh in was around 278, which isnt great, but its better....i am hopin to be 277 by wednsday, but i dont think its gonna happen :( anyways, hope everyone is having a good day :)
 
ok, so i was lookin at my ticker and it says 1 lb to go....ONE POUND. and i cant do it....that sucks! lol. I hope it will be gone by wensday but tom is here :( will talk more later

hmmm...to continue in a dp, sometimes i feel lonely here, lol. Its like somedays i can hear an echo(echo echo echo) lol. can anyone else tell im bored outta my mind? lol

your goal's! Your lucky the buddy system is the best for getting
those walks in and great conversation.I did really good me and my
friend like years ago when we did that we had weigh in days we walked
5 days a week and chatted online about our day and our food.

*****Happy V-Day******

I had a great day today with my dad and boyfriend. He got me this huge bear and card, a shirt that says Im with cupid, lol, and a chocolate rose and gummy handcuffs, lol. My dad made this beautiful card. He paints.

So, i didnt make my v-day goal, but i swear its cause of tom, so should i wait til after Tom and take that weight, or do my weight today...which was 281 :grrr: anyways....

MoonGoddess~Thanks, i actually did have a great V-Day :) hope everyones was great!!!!

So, today i took my dad to asheville, and went to school. (had to take him to the VA center there to have some blood drawn) Its been a short, but exhausting day...i know this sounds weird, and my body is holdin alot of water,and the scale is showin im up quite a few pounds, i think after the water weight goes away, it will show i have lost. i dunno, but i hope so!! I feel like i have :) Well, im gonna go for right now.....

Ok, so im realizing...i need to diet and exercise...well, im doin that...alot of it...and im not really getting results too quickly. So, I am going to cut calories, and still exercise my butt off, lol. I would really appreciate it if people could drop in little lists of low calorie foods, i tried to look them up, but most sites are just advertising crap, lol. So, yea. I would appreciate it if yall could maybe name a couple that maybe are ur favorites. Thanks in advance :)

you dont want to cut calories too far -- are you recording what you are currently eating? and the calorie/fat counts of that?

in the nutritiion section of this forum there are a bunch of shopping lists that people use...

you don't want to focus oneating just low calorie foods but rather making normal foods fit into your day.

Your best bet is to be consistent and don't look for a quick fix... this is a lifestyle change -it's going to take time

what do you currently have for breakfast for lunch and dinner -and your snacks?
 
i have for:

Breakfast~1 cup cereal with skim milk
Snack~Crackers(oops)
Lunch~ham sandwhich (whole wheat bread)
Dinner~vegetables w/ some sort of meat

It may be im not eating enough, but i feel like im eating all of the time. I am gonna start recording it in my diary tho... :)
