Hope all goes well for your Dad. Be sure to take sometime to take care of yourself too. I know how stressful it can be when you are worried about a sick parent. Those hospital visits & all the waiting around for updates can take a lot out of you. I know I usual have to make sure that I am actually eating regularly when my mom is admitted.

No problem Tammy! WHEW! I worked out for two and a half hours today! Walked for twenty, so lifted weights/elliptical/stairstepper for around 2 hours. I am gonna be hurtin in the mornin! lol. Thanks for stoppin by and checkin up on me.
So, I weighed in at 278 even.. Not too bad, i guess Maybe next week will be better Still feel like im holdin a LITTLE bit of water...who knows? Hope yall have a great day!!
