hey everybody...i got my truck out of the shop, but still no heat...even though i had to pay 200+ dollars....to "fix" it. ugh....but at least the timing belt is fixed, the radiator needed to be replaced anyways....but anyways, i am tired...its 8:00 and im goin to bed, hope yall have a good night!!

Hey there...if you go to the Harsh truth section I have a post and I have a weeks worth of menus in there...it is typical with expections to the chocolate and hamburger helper...I eat lots of fruit and veggies and I eat every 2-3 hours...I even started havina bed time snack...Talk to ya latta gatta!!!
 
Okay, so my truck is outta the shop (i think i already mentioned that) and everything is goin alright. I weighed in today at 278.2, but my official weigh in isnt until monday. My goal was to be at 273 by VDay, but i guess that aint happening, i think its cause of TOM, but anyways, i will let yall know how it goes :)

Sorry life has been so tough lately - gah how aggrivating. Good for you for sticking with it. TOM makes it hard on the weight loss front. Good thing I gained this week too..lol. .5lb ahead but I'm coming for you next week! ..lol

What is more important?

You can SO do this - just keep your goal in mind!
 
ok, so after everyones advice, and lookin at the Big Picture :) I figured i would make another goal list. This time, a little more realistically. So me and my boyfriend made a deal, i have to be to 245 by our 3 yr anniversary. which is nov 8,2007.So, I REALLY REALLY NEED yall to push me and support me! I know i can do this, i just need some support :) So, i will post my goal list in a seperate post after this :)

Thanks so much, Tammy. It feels great when people encourage me, it makes me believe that i can do it. :) I cant wait to get down past 250 :D
 
ohmygosh i love that idea of having dates and the weight you want to be by those dates!! that is aweseom.. i hope you dont mind if i do the same thing?
and also congrats on seeing the bigger ppicture. we are all here with you - you can sooo get there :p
