It looks like I had a huge drop overnight but I was out drinking last night so it’s just dehydration! I actually feel a bit lighter this morning though, good to know a couple of pounds makes such a difference!
I stuck to my guns and didn’t spend the 7 euro so that was my full food intake for Thursday.
Yesterday, I had porridge for breakfast, apple, slice of soda bread with jam and butter, healthy salad, some almonds and blueberries and then the evening was a lot of beer and one free pink gin cocktail, which was horrible. So while the alcohol wasn’t great, I was really happy with the first half of my day. I also swam 30 laps in the pool yesterday morning.
Today, my friend wants me to call for lunch, which I will definitely do, and then wants me to hit the town with her, which I know is probably not a great idea. I don’t want to undo the little bit of progress I’ve made.
I’ve attached a photo of my breakfast, this would be kind of a typical weekend thing to have here, and it’s probably a slightly healthier version because the place I’m having it in has really high quality produce. But obviously, a bowl of porridge would be better for my figure.
It’s actually a glorious day here so I’m heading off for an hour-long walk now, then home, shower, visit friend, and see where the day takes me.
