M O R N I N G everybody! How's the day going for y'all - probably hasn't even started for most! I'm so glad the weekend's over, especially since not a lot of people post on the weekends but I did good this time. And yesterday was awesome for me, workout wise. So my plan for the day - I've already got my meals plann'd out. (as boring as that is, I don't have to worry about what am I going to snack on? because it's all there. Now - for teh exercise part of the day... I'm thinking today I want to do something non-cardio.. what are everybody's favorite exercises? I need ideas, I'm not that creative. It's also way too early for me.... my boyfriend snores! Haha well that's all I've got to say for now. I'll check out everyone's diaries to see how you guys are doing - just trying to kill sometime until the boys go to work and I can have my bed alllllll to myself hehehe...
