Being on this lifestyle change is a bit difficult for me only because my days aren't the same as everyone else's. I work the night shift so my morning starts at 3:00 pm. I hear people telling me that I should eat after 7:30 pm but that is virtually impossible for me. Whatever it is I'm doing is working for me but I am dreading going back to working days. There was never enough time in the day to get things done and I was drained by the time I went to bed. I wanted to spend my days off doing zip. Anyway, all is well in my shrinking body. I am taking things one day at a time and I made it through the day without "cheating". I feel wonderful and I feel blessed and God-willing this will all be just a nightmare very soon.
If it makes you feel better, I "cheat" a little everyday, but don't consider it cheating. You can't get through this if you don't allow yourself a treat- thats not a lifestyle, thats a restriction, ya know? Just eat a candy bar, add it into your calorie intake.
