Rainbow: Im starting to be back on my routines already, and day after day I try to stay focused. At the moment its just been hard sometimes because Ive eaten 1600 calories, and it makes me feel terrible hunger sometimes. But Ive been thinking to add few hundred calories to those days when I work out. But I will see how much I will lose in a week with 1600 cal /day.

You DISSAPEARED and Im very glad to here from you, how have YOU been??

Ive had some crazy episodes in my life lately, but Im already getting back into my diet. And feeling great. This time, Im gonna make it happen! This is just such a long process and I try to keep my mind motivated.

Yea, its so hard to follow the diet some days. Specially when I have to use my energy to other things as well, like to school which is really exhausting sometimes.. And I dont want my diet to suffer from the other things. This is my first week at school, and Ive found SO MANY situations where I could had slipped on my diet, but I didnt. There is always excuses, like snacking at school when friends try to offer you candy and so on.. But Ive decided to keep determinded with this really. And so far so good.
