I was just feeling so great yesterday, it was a sunny nice day after so many rainy one and Im starting to feel Ive lost some weight! We are also celebrating midsummer here in Finland on this weekend, eventhought you wouldnt believe its even summer in here sometimes - its so cold! :D

Its nice to "celebrate" these small moments on this journey. I havent felt this good for a LONG time!! I want to be 20kg lighter so badly! Im sure it would make a quality of my life sooo much better..

Now, I will go for a run!

Omg. My 8th diet week will be over and Im starting my 9th one!!!!! So today the scale showed the lowest reading so far, 87,4kg!! IM SO HAPPY!

Thanks guys! :) You're so lovely, I get so much positive energy from this forum!!

Definitely my weightloss is just happening now. Im giving it time and changing my life for good, Im never going back to my eating habits! I will avoid it in every way! The key is just stick with it as you all know probably.. This is the most hardest "project" in my life Ive to go through. But also very rewarding!
 
8th Diet week photos!

I took some 8th diet week photos, and now I will head to the gym! I have one week left of my gym card, then the last week before army I will just run and do work outs at home. :)
 
Yesterday:

Breakfast: 250g Quark with sugarfree juice soup, lots of coffee with drop of cream 10%

Snack: Low-carb protein bar (Cant get rid of the protein bars, love them.. :blush5:)

Then went to the gym, did 15 min with cross trainer and 45 min upper body work out.

Lunch/Dinner: 2 Big tortillas with 100g grounded meat, lots of sallad, few slices of feta cheese, some sour cream taco dip and guacamole! :rolleyes:

Evening meal: 120g Quark, 100g mandarin-cheesecake flavored yogurt (100g included 100 calories) , some pineapple from a can and muesli.




I love the mandarin-cheesecake yogurt, its better than candy!!! Sometimes I "reward" myself with it, mixing it with quark.

I went also for evening walk with my bf yesterday for 1 hour. :)

This morning the scale showed 87 kg exactly! OMG. Today is definitely the perfect day start my 9th dieting week! :hurray:

Ive lost -1,7kg in two weeks. Last week I lost zero kilos so obviously this week has been way better!

Today Im going to spinning class!

Mandarin cheesecake yoghurt sounds delicious, I think I'm gonna start drinking black coffee to cut out my coffee calories, and I'll have one of them instead. Just hope they do them in england!

Spinning class is so much fun. But HARD work!

Spinning class is a torture!! :D But I love it, I get a great endorfin flow from it. I could say Im an endorfin addict or something. :D Thats why working out is so great!

And thank you so much for you words. :) We're all different, we've all different figure. :) But I do have problem areas also.. :D

Mandarin-cheesecake yoghurt is soooo delicious, but it is a finnish brand making it :( Ive been thinking about changing my coffee cream to milk, but no, I enjoy too much cream at the moment :D Maybe later on..

And about my stomach.. Well, I havent been pregnant ever, so maybe thats why I have flatter stomach.. My goal is to get abs showing! :D

I've been on this diet for about 7 weeks now. We are doing fabulously! The first part is the hardest, and we've got through it!

Thats what I thought so, it is some kind of special edition yoghurt.:p
There have been some bad sides of eating that yoghurt though, Ive started to crave REAL CHEESECAKE. I found myself yesterday browsing "The real New York cheesecake" -receipts online last night!! :blush5:
Maybe I will bake some cheesecake before my military service.. I dunno. :D

So we've been almost the same time on this diet! Or I would say changing our life permanently! And yes, we're doing fantastic!! Im here to support you, and everyone else on our own journeys to the goal! After two weeks I will post here much rarely cos of the army, but I promise that I won't vanish and you will here from me. :)
 
Foods today:

Breakfast: Half of can pineapples, lots of coffee with some cream 10%. (+Omegas and multivitamin as always)

Snack: Small protein bar (120kcal)

Then I went to the body pump.. And drunk a recovery drink right after.

Dinner: 2 Big tortillas with 100g of grounded meat, lots of sallad, some feta cheese, some sour cream taco dip and guacamole! (I LOVE TORTILLAS<3!!!)

Evening meal: Sallad with turkey fillet, some feta cheese and drop of chili-tomatoe sallad sauce!

I drunk at least 3 litres of water today...

My breakfast was very poor cos I woke up VERY LATE, you dont wanna know how late! :D

BTW, I am so inspired my The Biggest Loser season 6!!! It is coming out of the tv in Finland at the moment, but I already know ofc that Michelle (my ultimate favorite) is going to win! She is such a gorgeous woman!! And I love Jillian! :D

HOW is it possible that your BMI is still 28.4? That is CRAZY! You look so slim! I'd kill for those legs... damn!

Hmm,. I do have muscles and muscle weighs more than fat. I think thats one reason why I look slimmer.. I dunno. My ultimate goal is to weigh 68kg next year though.. :D So this is NOTHING yet! :D I added you to my friend list and you can see the horrible beginning photos!
