I thought this was funny in weird way but not quite "thread worthy" So I am posting it here. Its this guy that leaves really crazy ebay feedback

ebay is a very strange place..

I think you have to buy something to leave feedback right? I havent bought anything in so long......Oh now that I think of it I bought a video game like 1 month ago. I never left him any feedback.

Ok had a good WO. I am just killing deadlifts lately, so much in fact I broke my 5lb per WO progression and threw on 10 yesterday. No problemo.

Overheads have been my sore spot lately. I have actually failed on my last set the last 2 WO. Yesterday I decide to get mean with them. I loaded the bar, backed up, cranked up Disturbed and got to it. My new strategy is to use lots of dirty looks at the weights. I have also began screaming at them loudly. This frightens them and so when they go up they are afraid to come back down.

I also made a change. I went from lat pull downs to pull-ups. They are freaking hard but I so want to do a 1 arm one so I gotta bust it.

I went home and slammed a PWO shake. Then cooked.
Chicken
Brown rice
broccoli

I also made a new dessert.
peaches
apples
walnuts
raisins
drizzle of honey
few dashes of cinnimon

Bam! I'm so damn good. My wife is lucky. I'm rockin the gym AND the kitchen.

I'm gonnna try some sort of conditioning today as well. Don't know what yet. Maybe go to the track and bust out some 200m's

Do you do OHP's? Do they piss you off as much as they do me? I knew I would stall on them first I just didnt realize how soon. I think I have an imbalance and may try some accessory work to improve it on my off days.

I dunno. Just pisses me off. Everything else is going great except that one stupid lift. I couldnt do a pull up a couple months ago. Yesterday I did 4 then 3 then 3 w/60 second rest. I want to get up to 5x5 then add weight. I actually think I could do better if our bar wasnt stainless steel. Least lil bit of sweat and you slide right off.
