Another pound off for both of us. This week. We are thinking now that we will probably slow up a bit so will weigh once a month so as not to lose heart. The healthy eating/cooking/living life style s cetrainly paying off
I'm still around, and the 2 of us are still losing. 10lbs so far. We walk every day and the leg muscles are certainly firming up, aches and pains still there but not half as bad as used to be
