July 6th

Sad day .... with little sleep ....

Jog 25 min
Leg Exercises - 2 sets only
No abs.... Cudnt do anythin coz of the pain
Exercises for the sides (hips) with dumbells and barbells and rod

Food- Rice for yday dinner
Mornin - Oats
Lunch - 3 roti , beans

Mood: Sad ... angry .... Rejected.... heavyyyy
 
Nothin done on July 7th ...

July 8th - 40 mins of runnin....

No workout or less meals on July 9th 10th 11th

Ate 'not too healthy' for the past 5 days.....

Gym this evening though ......
 
July 12th

Felt heavyyyyy while runnin ....
25min of joggin... (220 cal )
22 min cross trainer (200 cal)
waist exercises
bicycle crunches
13min of runnin (100 cal)

I hope to feel lighter soon ... I hate tht feelin when im not feelin fit...

Food ...
BF- 3 bread slices
lunch - 3 roti n beans
dinner - 3 roti n chicken

Todays BF - Oats
Lunch - 3 roti n potato curry
 
n yeah ... my ticker doesnt make sense... coz im not 67 now... i weighed 67.2 kg in the gym yesterday ... :( .. damn those 5 days of laziness n food !
 
ooooooh ! That was good stuff... I needed that.... Thanks endurance.... I get worked up real soon cuz I have a time frame before I can lose weight... and I get restless at times......

Cant wait to hit the gym this eve .... All the best endurance

Then waist exercises with rods & dumbbells (3kg)

3 Roti chicken for dinner
This mornin - Oats
Lunch ... 3 roti chicken ...

Im still not into countin calories in food i take... I feel its not gonna be accurate !
 
14th July

Work out

Runnin/ joggin - 24 min - 230 cal - hit the all time high speed of 13kmph :D
cross trainer - 13min - 100 cal

many execises.. dono d names... I gave random names as "knee to elbow" "army jump" "yes" :icon_bs: :smilielol5::smilielol5:

soooooooo lets leave it thr.... :p .... it was a good 1.5 hours of jumpin n bendin n crunches n all .... damnnnn ill write tomo again if im less hyper...

Feelin a lil heavy .... I don think I shud chk weight tomo... ill weigh in heavier... even though my trainer tells me tht I had burnt close to 400 calories thro exercises yday, i feel heavier ........ hmmmmmm ...
 
July 15th

25 min - jogging
15 min - cross trainer

Ball exercises - Waist exercises - random exercises with gym buddies to keep the heat ON !

No work out on July 16th & July 17th

Binge eating YES !! Sunday lunch was a killer.... easily 500 cal or so ... n I don regret it .... No! Cuz Ive seen an awesum dip in my weight this week and Im super happy....

WEIGH IN on 17th July - 65.3 kg .... :O .. just about a week back I weighed in at 67.5 kg.. Very glad with the drop this week :) :) :) :)

Total loss for this month so far 2.6 kg
Total loss since I started d weight loss journey - 5.2kg !! :O :party:

Gym sweet gym .. Here I come this evenin to kill some more fatttttt !! :D :D

Will keep u posted on my workouts ! :)

July 18th

Runnin / Jogging - 26 minutes - 230 cal (13kmph max - 6 kmph min)

Squat exercises (with dumbells)- 3 variations - 3 sets

Jump Jacks - 150 - 2 sets

Cross jumps - 100 - 2 sets

Food
Lunch - 3 roti , chicken

Dinner - 2 cookies

Todays BF - Oats

Lunch - 3 roti , cabbage

Will have a different workout from tomorrow ... Im goin to meet my husby ... and I 'll be there till Sunday .. That means .. no gym ... n no personal trainer... will have to design my own programs.... Im plannin on runnin a lot more than usual ... As I will have that gym to myself... Ive never seen many ppl usin treadmill there... and I will hit the new gym in tht city twice a day .... so I shud do much better than here.... well ... the weigh in on Saturday will tell me if I have done a good job .... :) All d best to all ... :)

Past week has been jus running about 20 min a day .... and food was under 2000 cals... did not really put in any effort... so.... ill not bw whiny this time around .... i'll start my gym again today eve.... !! ATB !!
 
JULY 26th

Walkin/Joggin - 26 min - slow - 135 cals
Cardio - jumps - 5 exercises - 3 sets
Waist exercises, Abs exercises
Overall - 2:10 hours

And hey I put on 0.2 Kg in the past one week of lazin arnd... no gym n okayish meals... Im not upset... cuz touchin the 65 number was d best thing tht happened to me in the last 1 yr... and I'll tk it nice n slow... 60 by october is the aim .... For that I wanned to weigh in 64 by the end of July... but thts cool.... next month can be a jam packed with workouts n crazy n i gotta be 62 by the end of it... oooooops.... aint tht easy ... but hopin for the best !! so wanna be 60 by my bday .... Yeahhhhh I know we shudnt go solely on numbers but come on ... how else do i set a target... :) :) :) .... Im happy yay !!

Cross Trainer - 22 min - 200 cals
Lower exercises Leg Ext - 4 sets of 12
Sumo Squats - 4 sets of 12
Jump squats - 4 sets of 12
Walking lunges - I dono how u measure tht ... but 4 sets
Step up - 4 sets of "till you can give up"

feels good to be back on track ... a lil scary situation cuz whenever i leave my hometown n vivit my husband, i totally fall off the track ... eat loads n completely ignore the gym thts right beside my block... .... and Im hopin to get my transfer to where my husby is in about 2 weeks.... Im so used to this current routine of work then my gym.... n my awesum trainer keeps me goin on n on ... I will miss all this if I leave this place.... Man!!! Jus wanna be committed to what Im doin ....

Ggrrrrrrrrr... its 10 AM n im hungry for lunch alrdy .... damn .... Im not carryin any snacks (healthy or otherwise) .... lunch break at 12 PM .... n then I leave work at 4:30 PM .... reach gym by 5:30 ...Be home by 8:15PM.... and THEN dinner at 9:30 PM (I jus chose apple for dinner cuz I wanna keep it cool... lol ...) .. damnnnnnn .... Smbody kill this hunger !!

Runnin - Fast - 27min - 250 cals (read some tips on side stitch yday n tht helped me in avoidin tht thing yday...)
Cross Trainer - 13 min - twice - 200 cals

Did 4 sets of 12 rep of the following

Chest Press
One arm - Triceps
Shoulder Press
Dumbbell Lateral Raise
Upright Rows
Dumbbell Curl
Dumbbell Hammer Curl
Kickback - triceps
Tricep extension - 5kg dumbbell
Crunches with dumbbell in hand

Felt amazin by the end of this....

then I did the waist exercises
With rod, 5kg dumbls, 3kg... 4 variations - 3 sets.... n wheeeeeee I left !!

Food
Dinner yday - Rice - 1 bowl
BF - Oats
Lunch - 3 roti - Potatoes boiled n fried!
 
You are doing great and you are gone so far! I admire you and your strength in doing this.
You motivate me and now I am tempted to push me harder and try to loose more than half a kilo per week :p
