Sad day .... with little sleep ....
Jog 25 min
Leg Exercises - 2 sets only
No abs.... Cudnt do anythin coz of the pain
Exercises for the sides (hips) with dumbells and barbells and rod
Food- Rice for yday dinner
Mornin - Oats
Lunch - 3 roti , beans
Mood: Sad ... angry .... Rejected.... heavyyyy

don't beat yourself about the 200 grams difference.....don't ever do that , i would suggest you to read a thread by steve , it is really helpful
