I like to do a range of stuff. Weights I find hard, running easy by nature so I have to run harder to make it hard work.
In classic Sure style, yesterdays training was very functional, consisting of shifting around a ton of soil and getting it to the tip.
Today is back to work and there will be a lunch time run and some squats later.
