Long limbs are good for running though. Nice to be able to surprise people who see evidently bulky guy (compared to proper distance runner) who can keep a pace many can't imagine. I used to have to be a bit careful at a previous workplace, one of my bosses took part in races and I nearly put foot in mouth declaring what I felt would be acceptable, changed at last moment which was good as they were nearly at the level I changed to.
One of the costs of being epileptic. The meds I take take a toll on my immune system so I get ill more and stay ill longer. Hate it with a passion.
Choices are the stuff I take which does this and makes me tired, one that will make me less tired but likely affect red blood cell count, or others that make could make me phycotic. If I didn't have family I care about I wouldn't bother, but I do so this is the lesser of multiple evils.
Feeling a lot better today 90% there. Might try bench tomorrow or may just go for deadlifts and consider this and last week as one week of training.
