Don't try this at home

Thanks for that. Bench is not my strength, long limbed issues as you will have more of.
Don't think I'll be training for a couple of days now though. Likely going to add a week to this block to get in as close to 8 weeks of training as possible.

Long limbs are good for running though. Nice to be able to surprise people who see evidently bulky guy (compared to proper distance runner) who can keep a pace many can't imagine. I used to have to be a bit careful at a previous workplace, one of my bosses took part in races and I nearly put foot in mouth declaring what I felt would be acceptable, changed at last moment which was good as they were nearly at the level I changed to.

One of the costs of being epileptic. The meds I take take a toll on my immune system so I get ill more and stay ill longer. Hate it with a passion.
Choices are the stuff I take which does this and makes me tired, one that will make me less tired but likely affect red blood cell count, or others that make could make me phycotic. If I didn't have family I care about I wouldn't bother, but I do so this is the lesser of multiple evils.
Feeling a lot better today 90% there. Might try bench tomorrow or may just go for deadlifts and consider this and last week as one week of training.

I have come to live with most "long limbed" problems, except for one. Arm size. At one point, I was curling 135 lbs for sets of 8 and my arms would not get bigger, no matter how much food I ate.

Arms are the easiest thing in the world to overtrain so the slightest disadvantage is hard to overcome.
I satisfy myself that my arms are stronger than people expect and that I get underestimated because they aren't massive. But I am a total freak of nature so my wife tells me, most people care.

Well training this week has been literally non-existant and I am not a happy bunny. Not exactly sure what is going on but have had a few nosebleeds this week and not happy about this at all. Spoken to the local quack and he tells me its not linked to epilepsy or medication which is good. If there is an issue there it's physical and may need ENT referral.
Want to get back to training so hoping it stays sealed over the weekend, stopping a run or weights due to a nosebleed is not my idea of fun.

I used to play baseball with a guy that would get random bloody noses. Everybody would freak out about it, while he was so used to it he would just turn his head back and put a handkerchief up to it until it stopped.

I need to have something in place for next week. Not taking any more time off than that. I am not actually ill but it's Friday so will give it the weekend.

With cooler temps has the humidity dropped? Before I lived in a place that has super low humidity for all but 2 months of the year, I used to get nosebleeds frequently when the humidity dropped. Any physical effort, a slight bump of my nose such as rubbing it, and certainly if I blew it would all trigger nosebleeds - still does sometimes. A little petroleum jelly or antibiotic ointment on a cotton swab and a daily or twice daily swipe of the nasal membranes takes care of it. Might be worth a try.

Front squats with elbows at your side...yeah, something's off there.

Which four grips are all four grips for deadlift? I can think of a lot more than 4 deadlift grips (although most of them are very inefficient).
