Don't try this at home

Running would feel less annoying if I wasn't at 8 a month ago, but I'll get it back.
Going for squats on bosu to force me into returning sensibly. Because of course that's a sensible exercise.
 
Well yeah, anything on a BOSU is sensible! Loved your plans for the year - sure hope you hit the health targets as being ill is such a drag.
 
There is always something very rewarding about standing on something that says 'It is unadvisable to stand on this surface.' Reminds you that health and safety is strictly for wimps. Living wimps without broken limbs, but wimps none the less.

Safety rack, with chins bar, and high low pulley to use free weights
Adjustable bench
Olympic bar and weight to take it to 250kg, which is more than I can lift
Kettlebells from 4 to 32kg in 4kg increments
Bosu ball
Suspension trainer
Farmers walk handles
Fat gripz
Just a few odds and ends.
