Hi everyone!! I missed "seeing" you yesterday! This week is so busy! I haven't had my treadmill workout all week - - I'm kind of proud that I even miss running LOL !! I've been getting A LOT of exercise, just not the kind I crave - you know that sweaty "WOW, I really worked out" kind of exercise! LOL
Yesterday was a good eating day:
7 am Chocolate Fudge EAS (100)
9 am "Wanna Be" Stuffed French Toast (those IHOP commercials were DRIVING me crazy - LOL) 1/2 a banana; 2 sl light wheat toast; 1 T crunchy peanut butter; 1 t Smart Bal light to grill the toast; cinnamon; 1 T dulce de leche caramel sauce (300 - not bad!!)
12 noon Turkey salami sandwich on light wheat toast; lettuce; 1 oz baked flaming hot cheetos (350)
3 pm Healthy Choice dinner; orange (375)
6 pm - The craving hit - I had too few calories (my son has been nursing more - teething), so healthy me made them up with chocolate ~~~2 two bite brownies from Whole Foods; 2 T cookie dough ice cream - their (Whole Foods) pint size ice cream is expensive! - but soooo good! Ha! (250)
