I made it!

Well, I am still alive after over an hour of running and a small blister on my foot. I was so determined to run off as much of that entree as possible - I even changed shoes after an hour and then kept running! I am going to bed now - I am worn out!!

Total exercise: Over 1 hour, 5+ miles, 700 cals ;)

Tomorrow morning is the BIG weigh in - I can't wait to move that palm tree!!!

Have an awesome Labor Day weekend!!

Glad to hear you're having a good weekend. I almost bought that oatmeal, but passed. What I really want is just some simple old fashioned maple brown sugar.

Mmmm - *said with a lazy Southern drawl* I got it because I LOVE oatmeal with raisins and the thought of dates, raisins AND walnuts for only 140 calories nearly made me swoon in the Piggly Wiggly :D! LOL (did you say it with the drawl :D Ha! ROFLOL!!)

Anyway a low cal, low sugar option for your old fashioned maple brown sugar might be simple old fashioned rolled oats with brown sugar Splenda??

Congrats on those yummy healthy menues!!I found splenda to be a good tasting sweetner that's not bad tasting or bad for ya!I hate that sweet n low and equal taste "BLAH"!Keep up the good work and enjoy your holiday
Tammy

Oddly enough, regular brown sugar has fewer calories than splenda brown sugar.. :D but splenda doesn't clump up... :D

Now I want oatmeal...

and way to go on making your goal - that's awesome!
