Guess I'll be back at the grocery store AGAIN today. :D

...and who me? trying to start a food craze over here? No way! ;) :p
 
Today's Goals:
3 mile jog - completed this morning! YAY!! 400 cals
Eat 5 300 cal or less mini meals - YAY! I made it - less than 1500!!
Drink 128 oz of water - ALL HAIL QUEEN JELLY!! - Sipping on my last 32 as we speak!!

Hey Diva...I was just checking in to see how you are doing...You are doing amazing!!!! Love those GO LEAN waffles. Have you tried the Weight watchers Oreo cookie Ice Cream bars? Yummy. By the way Diva, we are at the same weight. :) I am giving you a pat on the back..:D Job well done!

Today's goals:
  1. 5 mini meals = < 1600 cals total - had to adjust goals - I have a teething baby who only wants to nurse today - pobrecito!
  2. 128 oz water
  3. 30 min Pilates & 30 min Yoga - sprained my neck slightly - jogging will have to wait (maybe tomorrow?)

Today's menu:

8 am French Vanilla EAS Low carb shake (100)

9:30 am 2 slices cinnamon raisin whole grain bread toasted in skillet with butter spray and 1 t sugar (my reduced cal French toast - didn't have any egg beaters - still yummy though); 2 sl turkey bacon (275)

12 noon 24 baked corn tortilla chips; 2 T guacamole dip; 1 kiwi (250)

3 pm Healthy Choice Sweet & Sour Chicken with rice, broccoli and peach crisp (430)

4:30 pm 7 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 t light 100 island; 1/4 c dried tropical friut w/ nuts (140)

6 pm 1 cup red beans and rice (300)

8 pm 1 Weight Watchers Lemon cake with lemon icing :p ; 1 c honey lemon tea (80)

Total: 1575 cals

Water: 80 oz water + 20 oz lipton diet citrus green tea so far

  2. Eat 5 300 cal or less mini meals - YAY! I made it - less than 1500!!
  3. Drink 128 oz of water - completed!
Tuesday's goals:
  1. 5 mini meals = < 1600 cals total - had to adjust goals - I have a teething baby who only wants to nurse today - completed!
  2. 128 oz water completed!
  3. 30 min Pilates & 30 min Yoga - sprained my neck slightly - jogging will have to wait (maybe tomorrow?) - only did 30 min of yoga
Wednesday's goals:
  1. 5 mini meals = < 1500 cals total - completed!
  2. 128 oz water completed!
  3. 30 min Yoga ; 30 minutes weights - my neck really is sprained, isn't that CRAZY! I had a heating pad on most of the morning! completed!

Today's Menu:
7:30 am 1 Chocolate Fudge Low Carb EAS blended with 1 cup ice (100 calories of DIVALICIOUSness!! LOL :D - Tasted like a YUMMY iced frappaccino without the coffee or high cals :D)

9 am 1 scrambled egg, 1 t Smart Balance light; 1 splash milk; 1 low cal, high fiber banana muffin; 1 c honey lemon tea (170)

12 noon Healthy Choice Four Cheese Manacotti w/ broccoli and caramel apple crisp (380)

3 pm 1 bag Smart Pop Kettle Corn Popcorn (260)

4:30 pm Baked Corn tortilla chips; 1 T guacamole dip; and OH YES (with Ohappydaye in mind) 2 T salsa :D LOL!! (180)

6 pm 1/2 serving Raisin Carrot salad - 9 shredded baby carrots; 1 T Miracle Whip; lime juice; 1/2 green apple; 1 cup romaine lettuce; 2 T raisins (140)

7:30 pm 1 Weight Watchers Strawberry shortcake (170)

Total: 1400
Water: 128 oz
Exercise: 1 hr total

A DIVALicious DAY!!! :p

8:30 am I woke up late! (Well, can a stay at home mom ever wake up late ? LOL) 1 French Vanilla low carb EAS blended with 1 cup ice; 1 pkt Carnation Strawberry Sensation protein powder (fresh or frozen berries would have been a better choice here); 1 heaping tsp FiberSure; 1 sl Blueberry crumble bread; 1/2 t Smart Balance light (350)

12 noon Homemade chicken & shrimp stir fry w/ lots of veggies, 1 can Diet Rite red raspberry; 1 low cal, high fiber banana muffin (370)

4 p 1/2 serving Raisin Carrot salad - 9 shredded baby carrots; 1 T Miracle Whip; lime juice; 1/2 green apple; 1 cup romaine lettuce; 2 T raisins; 1 low cal, high fiber banana muffin (210)

6 p Cheesy Chiken, corn with peppers and steamed baby carrots (400)

7:30 pm 2 WW chocolate mini cakes (160)

Total: 1490

  3. 6 mile walk; 30 minutes weights - NOPE, DIDN'T MAKE IT! I went for a walk with my husband and son later in the evening, but nowhere NEAR 6 miles!

Friday's Goals:
  1. 5 mini meals = < 1500 cals
  2. 128 oz water
  3. 2 mile walk or jog

Today's menu:

8 am 1 Chocolate Fudge Low Carb EAS blended with 1 cup ice ~ 100 calories of DIVALICIOUSness!! LOL
 
Congrats on hitting those daily goals!! Are you not getting enough protien in the foods and the shakes help with that? And how do they taste?
