hahaha! you're funny. you will see your pants fall off soon enough. But, until I am 15 lbs lighter my too big pants are all i'm wering! :)
 
I'mmmm Baaackkkk - I am no longer MIA!!

Hi Everyone! I missed y'all sooooo much! My hubby surprised me with an impromptu mini vacation!:D :p We didn't go far, but it was VERY relaxing!! Anyway, I am back and 2 pounds lighter!! YAY!!!! I have decided to adopt a M2M original!! LOL I am going to keep track of my goals - but I need daily mini goals! LOL :D

I enjoyed my little mini vacation, but I didn't exercise much - my BIGGEST hindrance to me being a BIG loser!! I just ate small portions of regular non-Lean Cuisine foods :D YUMMY! The only problem = now, that I am back my Go Lean waffles don't taste as good as the full fat custard dipped French Toast I ate! LOL :eek: :( :D

I think keeping track of my goals will help me increase my weight loss and stay on track. I eat pretty well, but I exercise sporadically. This weekend I ate whatever I wanted in moderation, drank my water :)D just for Jelly Belly), and lost 2 pounds BUT!!! HOW MUCH MORE could I have lost had I been diligent with my exercise!?! :confused: CONSISTENCY IS THE REAL KEY TO WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS!! Well, I celebrate my loss b/c a loss is a loss is a loss :) , BUT it's time to kick it into high gear - we leave for a week vacation next week!
 
Today's Menu and Goals...

Today's Goals:
  1. 3 mile jog - completed this morning! YAY!! 400 cals :D
  2. Eat 5 300 cal or less mini meals
  3. Drink 128 oz of water - ALL HAIL QUEEN JELLY!! :p

Today's Menu:

9 am 2 Go Lean Blueberry waffles, 2 slices turkey bacon (240)

12 noon 1/3 c dried tropical fruit / nut mixture; 1 Luna Iced Oatmeal Raisin protein bar (300)

3:30 pm Healthy Choice Chicken Dinner w/ Breaded chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies and cherry vanilla crisp dessert (370)

To go on a mini vacation and come back 2 pounds lighter is AMAZING!! Good for you :D

Isn't it inspiring to know that eating normal food in moderation is exactly what your body needs? That is a testament to knowing that you can maintain your weight loss after the losing phase!!

Good for you too for setting up work out goals!

I'm a little plan oriented (aka obsessed) so I've found that it really helps me stay focused and get what I wanted to do DONE!!

You're doing great hun!
 
Hi M2M!! I am actually on my way over to "see" you :D! You were my inspiration for the goal setting. When you lost weight through shin pain and continued to workout - I thought "Hmmm, there must be something to this goal planning thing!! LOL" I really appreciate your support!

PS> You call yourself plan oriented - I have to set my goals DAILY to remain focused!! Just call me an M2M protégé! I grasshopper ...you teacher :p

That has to be a record history somewhere because I don't
know any1 who goes on vacation and comes back 2 lbs lighter!

hf2006 - I KNOW you didn't - I am jealous of you count them 19.5 lbs lost - YES 19.5!!! :p

6 pm 4 oz Orange Roughy sauteed with spices and aerosol butter spray, fresh parsley; Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Brown & Wild Rice, 1/2 c fresh mushrooms, broccoli & sugar snap peas sauteed with spray and soy sauce; 1 Diet Rite Pure Zero red raspberry soda(330)

7 pm 1 Weight Watchers Chocolate Eclair (the most DIVALICIOUS 140 calories I have EVER tasted LOL!!! :D) Thanks niapage AKA Tammy! :p

I can't find ANY of the weight watchers desserts...I MUST be looking in the wrong places! MUST FIND ECLAIRS!!!

Tammy, the eclairs are little - BUT DIVALICIOUS!!! Hey, I hope to describe myself that way soon LOL!! Little, but DIVALICIOUS!! HAAA :D

P.S. TAMMY & OHD ~ Check the frozen diet food section for the eclairs, strawberry shortcake, chocolate cake, key lime pie (am I out of control or what! LOL). They (Weight Watchers) also make these YUMMY 80 calorie mini cakes in chocolate and lemon (usually with the twinkies etc) - like a low cal ho-ho LOL :D

Hi Monikuddle - I got tired of seeing myself! Isn't that horrible, it's true though! Maybe I will repost them once I lose another ten with a recent pic. :)
