Diary - Part 2

Just done my push up training for today.

Total = 11

It wasn't bad but i don't think i could have managed much more.
 
Thank you :) it does feel good to be working towards something. See how far i get :). Just done 30ds. Level 2 is feeling a lot better now than when i started. Doesn't push me like before. I think i'm ready for level 3 now.

August exercise:

1st - 30ds lvl2 day5
2nd - 30ds lvl2 day6
3rd - 30ds lvl2 day7
4th - rest
5th - 30ds lvl2 day8
6th - 30ds lvl2 day9

Total - 2.5/12hours
 
Can't believe i forgot to mention. 158.75 on the scales today. Means i have now lost 30lbs since i started!! :party: I have now met my mini goals for August. Working towards 154 (11 stones) now which will be a loss of 2.5 stones since i started. Hope to reach that beginning of September :D

Great job! It's obviously great that you're in the 150's now AND down 30lb, but to be honest I was actually more excited over hearing that your push ups are getting better and better. LOL It's very rewarding isn't it? I'm going through that with sit ups. Each time I feel that I'm getting stronger and stronger. It's so nice to have the hard work paying off like that!
 
Haha it's funny you say that Mandy. I forgot about my weigh in. Was too excited about the push ups. It's good when you can see progress.

Weigh day today: loss of 3.75lbs. After losing 1.5, 1.5 and 1 in the last 3 weeks it's good to see it getting a bit balanced :)

Finished level 2. Might have a rest tomorrow before starting level 3.
