Diary - Part 2

Hi Angel, just checking in to see how you're doing. I hope you're well. I haven't had much exercise lately either. It's tough to fit in when you're on vacation. Just don't worry about it. Back on track and all will be well. :)
 
Don't stress it Angel. You must have felt like a rest. Sometimes it all seems harder when you are closer to your goal. Weird I know. You are doing well. Get back on track sweetie & you'll be right xo Cate

Thank you Cate. I did need a rest. Resulting in a gain this week :(. Exercised mon and tues so feel a bit better. Need to keep it up now. Hope you're having a good week.

4th practice = 5
5th training = 2 2 2 2 3 = 11
6th training = 2 2 2 2 3 = 11

9th = 4 3 3 2 4 = 15
10th = rest
11th = 2 2 2 2 3 = 11 ( last one was too hard. Gone back to these reps)
12th = rest
13th = 2 2 2 2 3 = 11 (doing better on these reps, especially with the rest days in between)
14th = rest

@benny I am trying. Things keep coming up. Had another few no exercise days. :(

@brawny :hurray: good job on your exercise. I seem to be in a bad groove at the minute. Doesn't feel good at all.

I'm not doing push ups on 30ds days as that has push ups included. Will restart my training as soon as 30ds ends.

I did level 3 twice today. Got lucky with the babies asleep so made the most of it. Really made me work the second time around which felt good :). Pleased with today. Looking forward to the last 3 days of the shred now. Might attempt a 2in1 again this weekend...

2 more days to go! Yay! I have now done the same amount of exercise as last month. I don't think I'll reach my 12hour goal but at least I should do better than last month especially considering I have been dealing with being unwell twice the month :svengo:
 
Great job with all of that exercising! I did a two in one a couple of times with Taebo. One in the morning and one at night. Evey though they were so far apart the night one really made me work! I'm sure you felt the same. Keep up the good work! You're really close to that goal on your ticker. :)
