Sunday I took a rest from exercise. Oh right, and Saturday catering went fine. The people I worked with were nice, and funny, the wedding guests behaved themselves, and things proceeded without incident. The only shitty thing is that I think I'm only going to get 10 bucks an hour for it. :(

Saturday I DID overeat, I went to a party and then to my buddy's house, and since I wasn't drinking, and everybody else in the world was, I snacked far too much. Yesterday I hung out with that 20 year old girl I'd been wanting to. She and I had fun, going to the beach and ten cooking dinner at my house. The only drawback was that I bought some chocolate peanut butter soy ice cream (she's vegan) for us to share. Back on the diet today!

WOW I can't believe Halloween weekend is almost here (weekend before, people all dress up anyway in Santa Cruz). I suspect my surplus from this weekend has canceled out most of the modest deficits of the week. Sounds sad, doesn't it? There's not much I can do, except make the rest of this week full of deficits and do well over next weekend.

My race is Sunday; I MUST take Saturday off from exercise. I was gonna take off three days, but after this weekend, I don't really fee comfortable about that.....my brain feels pretty spaced-out and while I had a good time with the BF Friday night and Saturday night, I was gone all Saturday in the daytime, and Sunday he left for home at 1pm. Maybe I'll trek over to his house some night this week. Gawd it's a long drive!

Ok, I plan on weights this morning...going to stop around a few diaries
 
Your weekend sounds fun even if it was a surplus. I ate a lot on Friday and Saturday, but had a good Sunday. When I surveyed the damage today it wasn't bad. I slept late so I couldn't work out, but I'm going to go for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday up and at the gym by 5:10.

You did really good in my opinion this weekend, you didn't go overboard during the pouring and you had some really good down time with the friends, I say that's a very nice weekend. You have been working it so hard during the past few weeks, you will do just fine!! And your right It's almost time to celebrate and get all costumed up and have a good time!! OMG, they are EVACAUTING San Diego

Holy shit you guys, TOM and BETHANN and her hubby and DEB are all in San Diego!!! There's some fires going on and destroying homes, and 250,000 people are being evacuted today!!! Holy shit holy shit!!!
 
WOW I heard about that too, do you know their email addresses?? I don't have them, is Beth and Bruce in town, I thought they were in Mississippi or Georgia or somewhere down there for vacation. SHIAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't seen TOM around in weeks, Now I'm a little concerned, I sure hope they are not effected, OH BOY, please let me know if you hear anything.

Not a peep from either of them. Tom didn't answer what I thought was his gmail account. I'm going to dig them up and make sure they aren't burned in the fire!
 
Did you notice in Beth's diary I asked her when she was leaving and when she was returning, I think she got back on the 19th, but I could be wrong, maybe they were going to TN after the 19th, I'm a little unsure based on that email response from her. DAMN I wish I had her number, or at least Tom, because I know they all have gotten together in the past before. I hate not knowing, drives me NUTS.

Sheryl, Thank you I really appreciate it :hug2: Thanks for the girl on girl love, I was hanging out with my friend who swears iff men and is a lesbian, and I showed her my fav porn site and she showed me hers--Good deal! I asked her to ask her gay friends for porn with really hot men in them, I have a hard time finding that. Most men in porn are horrible looking, to my horror :eek: Except, I did find one with a young young man doing a "mature" lady--it was funny, and the guy is hot as hell! WOW! :flame:

Oh DRAT! Just when I was getting used to it! Grrrrrr I HATE change! ;)

Today:

My internet was super slow this morning and I didn't get around to all the diaries I wanted to.....

I went to the gym and did weights, 1 hour. I felt great; I expected to be tired and sore but I was energized and happy instead.

I was up to 150 lbs today, due to my excessive weekend. I'm not at all concerned, I know the numbers, I did NOT consume 10,500 surplus calories this weekend! It IS frustrating to diet and exercise, have a gluttonus weekend, then see yourself GAIN pounds but as long as I'm happy with my body (and I am) I can handle the heat :)

Foods:
Did you know that pomegranates have small amounts of protein and fat in them? Holy shit, half a fruit is 80 calories--for those little seeds?!?! Whatever, they are so damn healthy. I bought a crate of 6 at Costco and am making that one of my snacky snacks for the week.

B-fast: Cereal & soymilk & agave nectar;
Organic Farms yogurt

Snacky snack: Trail mix, bulk, from New Leaf

Shrimp Salad: Raw arugula, raw broccoli, raw bell pepper, fresh cilantro, fresh mint, sauted shrimp with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette

Snacky snack: dried cranberries, green Jasmine tea, pretzals, 1/2 pomegranate

So far 1215 calories

I went to Costco and bought the shrimp and also a package of marinated 6oz salmon fillets, Wild Alaskan. They are low-cal (245 calories a pop), nutritious, and I HOPE delicious too! We'll see. I'll have rice with that as well. I have a dry rice mix of wild black, Chinese Forbidden (blackish-red), lentils, long grain brown, and more and more it's a lot, I can't remember it all, but its my erotic rice mix dammit!

My clients who were supposed to participate in my meeting via telephone conference are from Ramona and San Diego and both ended up being evacuated. I have no idea what happened to their homes, but I hope they're OK. I really hope Tom and Bethann's houses are OK too.

I don't think you should worry much about going over a lil on your calorie count every once in a while, it seems like you exercise enough to handle any surplus.

I agree with everyone else about not worrying about your calories or the 150. Probably just water weight.

I don't know about their homes, but I'm sure the san diegoans are ok. Have you heard of any deaths on the news? I haven't. I'm sure they get everyone out before the fires get close.

On San Diego: Oh I know! Me too....apparently the winds are really strong and the firefighters wasted a bunch of time trying to get stubborn people to evacuate.....and then the firefighters actually pleaded for other states' firefighters to help...what a mess....I hope the weather gets better.

On Costco: When I was there with the BF, he said, in his ever so tasteful and delicate, sensitive way,

"Fat people love Costco. The place is swarming with them!" (Oh yes this guy has had a BMI of 20 his whole adult and teenage life)

I said grouchily, "There are fat people everywhere," trying to downplay it, annoyed he pointed it out, and hoping no one heard. I looked around, and nearly everyone in sight was noticeably overweight. "Well....." I walked down another aisle and saw that most people shopping were at least pudgy. In fact, I was the most in-shape female around (not in the whole store, just around and at that moment.) "Hmmmm. I guess you're right," I said grudgingly. I thought about my WLF friends and how hard you all work and how bummed out you guys and gals get with little slip-ups and stresses and how long it takes, and sighed. It's tough all over, I swear. I thought about my own goals and about how efficient at storing energy our bodies are. What a terrible existence, I thought, being a super model or other such hungry person.

1 death, 12 injured. I'll try to keep up on the news, I'm bad with it--the BF told me I had no idea before this afternoon. His dad works in SD but gets flown to SC on the weekends. Nice job!

Dinner went as planned. I had chocolate and 4 pieces hard candy for dessert for a total of 1855 calories and a 400 calorie deficit from weight training and walking Genie.

I probably shouldn't bother weighing and just pay attention to the calories. We'll see. I'm waiting for my text book, it was shipped today via UPS ground so it should be here this week. I'm ready to learn! :D

Fina-fucking-ly, my brain is total mush. I seriously need to read more, I'm getting Dumb Jock Syndrome. All I can think about is my next workout and my triceps--LOL!!!!:rotflmao::drooling:
