Ladies: Thanks for stopping by, even if just to complain about David Hasselhoff! :D ;)

Wow! Talk about sugar addict and carb-craver, I had an interesting Rhubarb soda and a package of Bunny Treats during my errand-run, but the soda was only 60 calories and the bunny treats were 140. But when I got to work (a half hour early to make my lunch in the kitchen) I munched on pretzals (110 cals) while I constructed my 360 calorie "burrito". So at 1:18 I'm at a 1364 calories. That's actually quite fine, I'll be going Kickboxing and then to Karen's house for fish pasta tonight, I can just hold off on snacking until then.

No period yet. Weird, but with the carb cravings and the upped weight (148.5 this morning) I have a feeling it is coming any minute now. Back to work!

YUMMY BUNNIES! But I know I couldn't stop eating those, NO WAY! I love them! And I put a little comment in my diary about your new stud picture. OH YEAH! Now that's what I'm talking about!! :drooling:

I can't stop eating them either, so I found a "kids" pack, of little packages of 140 calories each.....that HELPS! I don't agree with excess garbage, but I'll eat half the box if I buy it that way!

Really Steve? Hmmm ok, well I'm trying to balance good food and have some useless snacky snacks thrown in there too.

I mean junk certainly is NOT necessary.

But it is for me if I am going to be happy. What's the point of weighing a certain weight or looking a certain way if you aren't happy.

I like treats too much.

I second that!! I never want to give up the foods I love to lose weight, that's why portion control and exercise is HUGE in weight loss, there is no other way!!

Oh I know some cleantarded people who absolutely refuse to let anything 'dirty' touch their lips b/c they just KNOW it will make them fat. Even some coaches/trainers. If you are training an athlete, I can understand. If you are helping someone lose weight, that kind of torture is stupid.

I totally agree! Now, I'm not saying give in every single day to the crap, but if you want a piece of chocolate, damn it have a chocolate kiss or two, or like I did yesterday eat a few small tootsie rolls. You know as humans we always want what we can't have, it's just life.
