Wow!!!
This morning I weigh 143.0!!
I'm pretty sure it has to do with the end of my period. But seriously, my body
looks like it's 143 lbs or less. This August, I am going to really lose some weight. It's possible next week I'll be back up. But right now I feel really great.
Yesterday I weight trained for an hour. I suppose I should put what I did--this is what I always do:
Bench press: 95 lbs, 2 sets 5 reps regular, 2 sets 5 reps incline, 2 sets 5 reps
supine (??)
Barbell squat: 115 lbs, 4 sets 7 reps
below parallel
Deadlifts, barbell: 115 lbs, 2 sets 5 reps regular, 2 sets 5 reps Romainian.
Free weights, arms & shoulders: 20 lbs, the basics, 5-7 reps, what I could handle.
Triceps: I store fat on my upper arms, and I do mucho triceps dips (30), triceo pull downs (30) and also, laying down with a 15 lb dumbell doing 3 sets of 5 reps at different angles of tricep work.
Hamstring curls, machine: 55 lbs, on my stomach, 3 sets 10 reps
Abducter squeezes, machine: 90 lbs, 20 reps, then pulses for a little while
Abs: The thing that assists your neck, a bunch of those, at different angles. Also, the thing you get in that you're up in tha air, bringing your legs up to 90 degree angle and back: 3 sets 10 reps. And the supine version of that, same thing.
Lower back: I have bunny chub just sitting there on the sides, so I try to do the lower back exercises in the thing that holds you at a 45 degree angle, and use a 10 lb weight, doing the back 20 times, and the sides 10 times.
I was done after that but usually I'll get in the leg press machine, too--I didn't feel like I needed it, though.
Today is my buddy's b-day, and he's up from San Luis Obispo. I was visiting him when he took the pics of me on the mountain. Now I'm 6 lbs chubbier! but he said he didn't notice me 20 lbs lighter, so whatever! He doesn't care. He has his own worries--his belly gets bigger and smaller, so he has to watch himself (the rest of him is skinny).
