Yea i realise now, what am i talking about, 405 is 4 20kg plates at each side
 
nope, that would be 396lbs :p (if it's a 20 kg bar, not a 45 lbs)
45 lbs bar + 4 45 lbs plates each side would be 405.
a 20kg plate is 44 lbs. In the US they have 45lbs plates, so in the US (or other places they use lbs) the "hardcore" lifting 4,5,6 etc plates will actually be different weight than in the KG countries :p
 
we use 20kg plates , 44lb'ers and 200kg would be 440lb

funny how you use pounds but not 'stones' - i weight 12 stone 7 lb's ( a stone is 14 lb) or am i wrong ? anyhoo, big deadlift booked for the next few weeks :)

oh geez! I thouight this was the one where I was on the list with the light bulb and all that.

sheeesh! I will go and see what my personal best deadlift is anyways. if that is ok with you Karky my lord of the ring.
