Skipped lunch, was really very very busy moving stocks around, and stocking up what would sell and what would not for Christmas sale.

Dinner
1 fish steamed
2 clams
1 prawn
1 egg

1 prawn + egg was part of the mee bandung I ordered, but it was the worst mee bandung ever. I am a mee bandung freak and Ive gone all the way to Muar which suppose to be where mee bandung originated... nothing compared to Mee Bandung at Kampung Melayu, JB!! The stall near the road selling mee bandung muar. Well, this one was the worst ever so I only ate the egg and prawn and didnt eat the rest of it.

just dropping by to say hello..how are you doing? Seems that you've been busy with your business, running around...you like mee bandung? I have tried it only once or twice, to me those are ok..but i really really like nasi ayam sambal..but then again since its rice, i have limit myself to that..you seem to drive to JB so often...do you drive or its just your hubby who drives there? Have you heard of this drink called the "hadis nutri meal" i take these usualy on weekdays morning..quite filling for breakfast..ok glad to see you doing ok..

Hi Taz, really busy nowadays. Im involve in a few projects now with my suppliers. I also have new suppliers and Im so into making these new items that I have draft. I will let you know the details once its all done.

I dont think I will be able to update as often as I wish but I will try to get down here as much as I can.

Chirtsmas is around the corner and this is the best time to sell.

More strange food I've never heard of - but I'm curious. I thought I had a pretty good handle on international cuisine but I can see I'm sadly mistaken. I used to make "mee hoon", still do occasionally, does that mean anything to you?
 
Hi, cybermama..I tried doing like you..Eat very little to lose lots of weight. I did all kind of liquid diets too.I Lost alot of weight 30 lbs in 10 days but gained it all back in about a week or 2...didn't work for me. I can tell you from my experience Eating too little calories lowers our metabolism..and that METABOLISM...It's crucial to us....We need it healthy & working...
I read alot about it..and am trying it now...I try to eat every 3 hours...and lot's of raw
veggies, some cooked vegetables, soaked lentils, Kasha-buckwheat {soaked for 6 hra}then cooked in water for supper ..i make sure to eat a good breakfast @7then a snack @
10, lunch @1 snack @4 and supper before 7..snack could be some carrots and an egg,
or an apple and 10 almonds, some celeri sticks and Hummus, some navybeans and raw veggies...I've tried many diets...what i found is that our metabolism is like a fireplace...
if you add a big log to a small fire the fire will go out...If you add little twigs and small pieces of wood the fire will slowly ignite and come to a full blaze....that's how our metabolism works.little food @ a time often...really helps me....or....all raw.....not always easy....good luck .....we all have to find what works best for us...

Well, the local foods are too vast to really complete everything. Yes, I like mee hoon.. I usually make white mee hoon at home. I use garlic. The recipe's like this.

Blend a garlic, the whole thing should be enough, but if you want more flavour, you can blend more but not too much!

You cook the bee hoon.

slice spinach, fish cake, prawns, shred a carrot.

fry the garlic till cooked.
add fish cake, prawns or shredded carrot then add the mee hoon.
or

you can add the mee hoon then add the rest.. but make sure you cook the prawns..

Mix them up! you may want to add some sliced chilies, I love to add those.

Serve with fried shallots and sliced thin omeletes.

If you want it to taste more chinese, add some dash here and there of sesame oil

Exciting day for both parents and kids.

No Breakfast again
Lunch - 1 bowl chicken porridge, home made

I predict dinner would be the same.

Had an early dinner around 4 something.

Ended up feeling quite hungry at 8. Made some cucur ( made from wheat flour 200gm)... ate the whole packet... not all healthy. and another bowl of porridge...

Now this is a bad day for me. I feel like crying cause I was feeling so sad, sick and so tired at the same time. Im having some personal issues with myself, hope this will pass cause I just got our of my platue.

I keep forgettin to update my exercises.. I have been doing 15-25 mins of elliptical every day!

Ok, just threw up.. and felt so so much better, my tummy dont hurt so much. I think I drank too much, I drank like 2 jugs full within 30 mins period... Im just so thirsty... haha...

Well, I think you took a peak at my latest post, which is quite low in calories, thats not usually how I eat. Just on that day... haha..

and for the past 2 weeks, ive been overwhelm with food but lucky we, I didnt put on much, I mainly platue.

YESTERDAY's INTAKE

Breakfast - 1 brownie
Well, my friend, Jen Anwar who is the owner of Gold Chocolates, she sent a gift to me which consist of this super rich brownie 1 block, 6 candie boxes and a box of chocolate chip cookies. Calories galore right!! LOL!! Well, im not saying im not going to eat them but ofcourse I will and moderation is the key. Well, Jen, is a chef and you know how great food are made by chefs right? And she is a pastry Chef. Ive always loved her goods. She was featured multiple times, countless times on TV, radio and newspaper. Well, for me, I only get featured once.. on the front page of the newspaper about my business, and I wasnt proud, actually regreted it.

Lunch - 1/2 bowl of pumpkin in coconut milk, well, took a few and I gave up cause it totally does not taste nice at all. So, I took 3 cookies.

Snacks - pumpkin seeds... my favourite...

oh wow.. looking back, I didnt really eat that much.. but Ithink the calories was quite a bunch cause I ate high calories food.

Took a walk with my son around the neighbourhood around 30 mins

Elliptical for 15 mins

Thanks girl!...Your going to reach your goal...you've also done so well which means that you can make it happen...do you have a certain time frame for reaching it?...my target is Nov of next year...I wanna reach it by my next cruise...Keep up the great work cybermama....

Im hoping to reach my target by end of 2009. And reach my bonus target by June 2009. My bonus target is about 15 lbs further.

Hey, you look skinny in your picture.. such a stylish person.. are you into fashion?
