Omg... i totally forgot the password for this forum. For years ive been trying to login and failed. Now, suddenly i remembered, out of the blue!

Here i am again.

So lately since balooning up... been doing atkins and excercises. Ive lost almost 10 kg now.

Finally ive been able to concentrate on losing since no more babies for me. 6 is enough!

Now currently doing Atkins and after losing almost 10 kg... i fit a plateu. Im doing 35 mins walk in the morning. Step reebok aerobics for 30 min in the afternoon the i walk again for 30 min speed on treadmil 4.0 miles/hr plus minus.

I dont know whats wrong. I work had everyday to loose weight but it keeps coming up n down by 1-1.5 kg

Very sad.
 
How many calories are you having a day? My weight fluctuates a lot too. So long as you are working on getting fitter & healthier the weight should come down. Chin up :)
 
Im actually doing atkins induction phase. Below 20 carbs. Most of the time eating chicken or Egg occasionally meat. Calories does not exceed 1200
 
Don't get too discouraged. Daily measurements aren't always a good view of what's actually going on with your body. You could be at the same weight for a lot of reasons. Just keep at it and I'm sure the number will start going down again.
 
Thanks for the encouragement. I changed my workout routine. From 30 min 4 miles/hr to 30 min 5 miles/hr on treadmill twice a day. I also do step reebok on alternate days on top of it all.
 
Carbs are vital in weightloss. Maybe why you have hit this plateau. Without the correct carbs and amino acids the body becomes tired. Without carbs your body has no energy to breakdown fat I'm on almost 200g carbs 180g protein and 30-40g fats (never above 7.5g saturated) I do all that in around 1600-1800 calories which for me is a deficit of 800 -1000 I loose around 2lbs of fat per month but building muscle at the same time. I'm down 7% body fat in 3 weeks. Your diet may be something to think about. It may be holding you back. Well done on the 10kg
 
You may need to eat more calories. There is lots of information on the forum about consuming too few calories. Have a look about. I'm on my phone now or I would post some links.
 
I will go through the forum for more info. Actually previously when i first started this diary... years back. I did loose more than 25kg by counting calories. Gained all back after 3 pregnancies. When i read my past post... my weight loss was fast since i didnt count carbs but rather calories. Good suggestion. I will get more info.
