It's great to have a goal...I keep thinking about how I want to look now instead of just taking it one day at a time but I know it's coming...I just have to be patient and reasonable with myself

I can relate to that. I just cant wait to get back to my old weight.. I miss those times, they have the pros and the cons but I really would like to be healthy and now im married so the cons would not matter.

I am always thinking of the many clothes that I can wear... ive always wanted to wear Juicy sweats... cant wait to get one for myself.. even if its an XL... lol!!
 
Breakfast - 1 brownie again.. well I have so many of them, why not eat one in the morning so by the day is over I would have burn them off! I ate one yesterday and still lost weight... so I guess my plan works.. lol.. im not going to over eat or NOT eat these at all. Im moderating myself.

Lunch - 6 vege popiah

Dinner - Chap Choy vege, 1 pc chicken fillet in chili

Snacks - pumpkin seeds...

Todays weight is 116.3KG

Brought the kids to a steamboat buffet... well, they enjoyed it cause they had fun cooking on their own but I didnt, well, I took a whole lot of chicken but just as i was eating it, i felt that there was too too much skin in there.. i keep tasting chicken skin instead of meat which i totally hate.. well, i dont think I ate much of it, kept spitting them out cause its skin and skin again. About 2 tablespoon of chicken strips perhaps... rest was thrown out..
2 tablespoon of green leaves vege 15 calories
3 spoons of ripple ice cream 100 calorie
2 small bites of a slice of kaya cake roll 20
4 fried fishball 25
2 breaded chicken strips 100

260 calories

Lunch
1 bowl of bubur lambuk 286
1 epok2 70

Hi Cybermama! I just wanted to say keep up the good work. I am new to this forum thing and I figured it would be a good way to meet people who are going threw the same things I am. I just had a baby 9 months ago and I am really working hard on losing weight now that I am done with having kids. I have just started keeping a journal of what I eat day to day and I have increased my activities. It is hard but I do believe I can lose this weight! You inspire me so I wanted to just stop by and say keep doing what you are doing!!

Didnt really feel like eating today, was totally busy and covered with work. I know.. I know... Im eating less than I should. I feel like buying those bars but I must say that its hard to find in Singapore and when you find it, its really expensive. Unless its the 100 calories quacker oats type, but thats har to find.

Been very very occupied recently

anyway skipped breafast again...

Lunch - apam balik 1/4

Dinner (early) - 1 bowl sambal goreng

Elliptical for 15 mins

Skipped lunch - was busy again, didnt even felt hungry. I tried to make time but I was really occupied and I hate to be interrupted as I can totally loose my concentration.

Again, a super busy day but today had some depressing moments... overall today is one of the worst days of my life!! I wish I hadnt come to my mum's place today. I really wish I hadnt.
 
OH dear, what happen...we have those days...trust me we do...I know I do...do take care ok..tomorrow is a day off for us and another gathering as its the Hari Raya holidays as well...so do take care..

Wow... so long no hear.. lol

Selamat Hari Raya.. tomorrow is surely be a great day cause so much food again and im actually looking forward to it for a little break from all these food deprivation... I would like to enjoy myself tomorrow with food but ofcourse, with moderation still.

ah well... something that really made me so so sad.. but after talking to the person involved today, I felt so so so so much better.. im actually now glad it happened cause if it didnt, I would not know the truth.
 
Breakfast - Lontong 1 small cube + rendang + sambal goreng

Lunch - Some peels of chicken, laksa 3 spoonful

Dinner - longtong 2 cubes _ 1 spoon sambal goreng + 2 spoon rendang

Hey I'm sorry for not stopping in so much lately. I keep getting sidetracked before I get to see to everyone in here. It looks like you are very busy also and doing well, very well actually, down over 50 lbs? impressive!
