seriously envious of your work out schedule, you are HARD CORE. Nice job. It seems you are very dedicated.
WHAT is a fetish ball LOL, I just keep seeing it in your sig.
Thank you, I am--exercise is my hobby, perhaps I'm an addict.....anyway I only work 45 hours a week and I have no children, so I use my spare time to exercise.
The San Francisco Fetish Ball is.....well, a ball where you dress up in your favorite fetish gear, but the typical garb is leather, latex and rubber.
Hey there sexy VAL lol only one can dream of seeing 140 lol (that would be me dreaming ) anyway I think you look great now but its how you feel that counts! TY for dropping by,Tammy
Thanks to you too!

Congratulations (again)!
i love how you dedicated your time for yourself and for your friends.
Aww thanks, Lena! Yes it helps to have free time on my hands. I am NOT ready to settle down, heh. I'm HOPING that by the time I meet baby's daddy and actually WANT to go down that road I'll have a hang of my body and my eating habits and exercise all together! IF that ever happens.

Congrats on reaching the 130s!! Enjoy it!!
Oh thanks, it was a false low but it'll be back eventually--dammit I forgot to visit you!
Do you think as women we really tend to gain weight during TOM? or at least want to eat more? This is crazy...but I'm my weakest during TOM and have a HARD time sticking w/ my "healthy" lifestyle.
Most women typically gain 2-5 pounds right before and during their periods, and during the latter part of the luteal phase, not only does the body REQUIRE more calories, but hormones fluctuate and cause all sorts of things--I'm pretty sure the appetite hormones ghrelin and leptin fluctuate as to play a role in increased appetite, and the feel-good neurotransmitters like seratonin downslide, making us grumpy and needing consolation--also, cramps are painful and make women want something to make them feel good--ALSO, fat burning is more efficient in the luteal phase--read this:
What I noticed for me, is, the end of my luteal phase I can eat like an elephant, and then I gain the weight during my period, and when my appetite reduces and my hormones go back to "normal" or back from the weird dip in the luteal phase, my weight goes back to pre-period and all those extra calories? Where did they go?

When I manage to DIET through that time period and up my exercise, I see amazing drops in weight. I don't think it's that drastic with every girl but I recommend using that part in your cycle to your advantage if possible. It's twice as hard to diet, then, though!
