"Perfect Foods Bar" that Trops would like--with peanut butter and honey, but it has ALL KINDS of vitamins and 9g of protein for only 172 calories--well, the Lite one anyway

That sounds so up my alley.

By the way, counting calories on medicine is silly, in my opinion. Get better and don't cut foods for medicine. :smash:

Oh I didn't cut foods for medicine! I was taking it into account because I drank about 100 calories worth--you'd like it, too: Swiss Formula, "made with Herbal Extracts and Pure Wildflower Honey."

um...should i ask? um...2009 fetish ball???

oh wait i read back...oh cute...but that latex is unforgiving...and the chafing..well thats another story...not that i would know about that..but i dont know if you remember the time on Friends when Ross got stuck in the leather pants....and couldnt get out...

LOL!!!!!!! :smilielol5: :smilielol5: :smilielol5: :smilielol5:

MUST BE :)

I'm not going to wear latex, I want to be a belly dancer in chains for the ball :D

I never watched Friends for some reason!

The 130s were sweet, I'll be back there again--hopefully next week or the week after :biggrinjester: As long as I can keep up this debilitating diet, haha :nopity:

Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are so damn funny!!! I have been reading your diary and I can't stop laughing.. I'm rolling, this shit is comedy.. you should right a book.. :iagree:

Hope your feeling better and all is going good with you..Good Job on the no drinking!!! That's been kinda hard for me but since sunday.. I haven't relapsed yet.. :cheers2: to the green tea...

Anyways I will finish reading your diary.. You should make a book out of it.. It's hilarious... from stomping on faces to the bikram yoga guy who just blabs all kinds of military nonsense without doing the yoga..........

You are one animated girl.. My kinda person.. I love it..... Woooohooooo go chickee

I love margaret cho.... she's awesome....

Most women typically gain 2-5 pounds right before and during their periods, and during the latter part of the luteal phase, not only does the body REQUIRE more calories, but hormones fluctuate and cause all sorts of things--I'm pretty sure the appetite hormones ghrelin and leptin fluctuate as to play a role in increased appetite, and the feel-good neurotransmitters like seratonin downslide, making us grumpy and needing consolation--also, cramps are painful and make women want something to make them feel good--ALSO, fat burning is more efficient in the luteal phase--read this:

What I noticed for me, is, the end of my luteal phase I can eat like an elephant, and then I gain the weight during my period, and when my appetite reduces and my hormones go back to "normal" or back from the weird dip in the luteal phase, my weight goes back to pre-period and all those extra calories? Where did they go? When I manage to DIET through that time period and up my exercise, I see amazing drops in weight. I don't think it's that drastic with every girl but I recommend using that part in your cycle to your advantage if possible. It's twice as hard to diet, then, though!

Oh, cool... thanks for posting that link.

Of course when I go through that time of the month, I want to turn in to Python Woman… you know… unhinge my jaw and tilt back the fridge? Like right now. :ack2:

Heya curvey!!!! Just got through all the posts I missed whilst away. Woooo that took ages, but worth it to catch up on all your exciting escapades.

Thanks to you, I finally found out what this whole team 1 & 2 things is about. I been reading so much about it tonight as I catch up on all the threads I have missed over the last 2 weeks. :(

A shame I have missed out :nopity:

nevermind, i'll definately be here for the next one. My wayward spell is over now. New year, new mindset.

UGH.

Dieting sucks.

I must be weird, because when I diet and count callories like a control freak, I actually feel I have direction and control over my life. I guess that sorta sounds like I have a mental disorder LOL
...but rather that than sitting around drinking beer and imagining how good it would be if I got back into shape. Beer is gone from my life for 128 days! (maybe longer)

WOW you are reading my whole diary??? :eek2:

Rock on  I wouldn't, but haha yeah I remember that stuff :rotflmao: I AM happy its making you laugh, I'm sort of like Roger Rabbit in the sense that I feel that's important about life :biggrinjester: There are A LOT of hilarious people on here....and some people have their moments to where I've had to wipe my computer screen due to unplanned spitting, heh. Thanks for the love, will have to check you out, too! :grouphug: :waving:

:rotflmao: I KNOW that's how it usually is for me, too--but if us women can track our cycles and be aware (I start to get hungry around Day 19 and it gets increasingly worse from there) we can use it to our advantage--especially the extra fat-burning. However, it's small percentages. Oh yes, and performance (say, speed while running) ain't as great during the luteal--the menstrual phase is better (women are faster after Day 1).

You people are fucking crazy! :willy_nilly: Awww I love ya! :grouphug:

Control Freak :p. LOL! That is A-OK, without self control it would be Burning Man 24-7. HAHA!

Paul, it's good to have a sense of power in your life, fo sheezey. I feel more comfortable around people who are on top of their game than the ones who flounder around :willy_nilly: and screw up all the time (bless their hearts :D) However, I DO NOT dig control freaks who judge! :toetap05: Boo!

YAY my weight's the same! :hurray: Perhaps it'll stabalize here around 141.5 lbs.

I'm having a good "Skinny Day." :D I'm wearing my purple skinny cords and a tight long-sleeved bright, light orange V neck (under my coat and a big scarf, brrrr!) and I feel great about my figure :) This is good! :cheers2:<---not beer.

I'm still sick as fuck! :( I ALMOST didn't come to work today but I have shit I have to do that's important. HAHA! Can you believe that? ;) I'm coughing but my head doesn't feel like a bowling ball, though.

Yesterday I almost went straight home, but then put on my belly dancing clothes and went to class, anyway. We had a substitute, Danielle, who is about my age but she's been dancing for NINE YEARS and man was she good!!! :eek2: She had us work on advanced moves rather than cute beginner's choreography, which was great and made me realize how much I suck. HAHA! It only makes me want to work HARDER :driving: though.

I almost didn't go to Yoga but I put on my Yoga clothes (can you tell I do a lot of laundry?) and went anyway. We had a sub, who was REALLY sweet and nice and I liked her series. I did not break a sweat in either activity, but I enjoyed them despite being very ill. My throat and lungs hurt and I felt terrible before Yoga; during, I forgot everything and got lost in the practice and felt and breathed fine until the floor positions, when I started to cough a bit, and then after the sick feeling came right back. At least I had a break.

Last night I cuddled with my cat and watched Saw V. Yeah, yeah, but I've seen all of them so far and I couldn't even remember which one I was on. I need to stop watching horror and thriller flicks at my house when Barre's not there: I'm all alone on the mountain and the house creaks a lot. It's kinda freaky! I locked up all my guns in the basement like a responsible person but perhaps I should bring up my .38 K Frame (?).....NAH!

HAHA! BANG BANG, BITCHES! :waving:

I just barely stayed under 2100 calories and I'm not as dreadfully tired today as yesterday, so dieting should be easier than yesterday, hopefully. You can always tell when I'm REALLY sticking to my diet because I complain constantly. HAHA! Sorry, but I hate it and this is my weight loss diary--THE place to bitch about my diet, heh.

Haha, glad to hear you're happy today. My cold is persistant as well. I can't get enough rest to kick it but I need to train too. And my training is brutally hard and out in the piss poor weather... so I'm sure that doesn't help.

I stopped watching Saw after the 2nd or 3rd one. All similar?

Yeah you might be running yourself down! :( Have you considered just taking a few days to recuperate?

Yes and no. There's a distinct storyline and if I remember correctly, the third one was better than the 1st two (maybe), and the 4th and 5th go on to explain the killer's life and his successors. You're not missing much but a lot of the times I don't know what's entertaining and what isn't, so I just take a stab at things in Blockbuster video. I also rented The House Bunny. HAHA! I like Anna Ferris a lot, but the story seems like it's going to be incredibly shitty. Hopefully it's SOMEWHAT funny--Ms. Ferris should be able to pull it off. I like the idea of girl bunnies. My feminazi past doesn't, but if given the chance I would definitely go to the Playboy mansion as a bunny for a day. I'd imagine I could have all the good, free champagne I wanted, possibly free food and free munny, hahaha! :cheers2: I'm kidding, really! :toetap05:

Ha, nice choice in films!! (Chick flicks and horrors!)

Good to see you're keeping up the excercise even though you feel rough... hope you feel better soon. :)

LOL!!! Thanks, Jane!

My boyfriend and I (whoa that still is weird for me to say!) watched The Happening last weekend and it was GREAT! :eek2: Freaky!! DAMN! Watch it! These are B movies at best.......

Yo, why the fuck is your rep so damn high?

I mean you're a homey.

I love you and all.

But no homey is that cool.

:p

Anterior, like going on behind your back? or Ulterior like with a concealed or hidden purpose? Could be either!

I give you rep because you are just lovely and special and full of life!

David
