Going to Hawaii, goal musings

I'll be in Hawaii (Biggie I) from 8/22/08 to 8/31/08 to have fun and visit one of my best girlfriends who lives in a shack with her fisherman boyfriend on the Kona side. My rich uncle bestowed a large amount (IMO) of money for me for that trip, of which I used most on a Jeep Wrangler rental to go 4 wheeling over pahoehoe to the best secluded beaches
I'm looking forward to that!
I want to be less than 142 lbs by then. I still weigh everyday and notice that the weight follows my cycle and sodium intake to the "T". During days 22-28 my weight drops a lot, on my period it rises a lot, and during ovulation it stays steady at a number a few pounds less than when I'm actually menstruating, but a few pounds more than the luteal phase. It's been like this for the past few months. I have to say I was 155 lbs not too long ago on May 1st, so I've been pretty steady losing pounds at a decent rate. Having salty dinners almost always promises a weight gain the next day.
My b-day is on 8-4, I want to be 142, which may seem like a small drop from 144 but I calculated that I should be on direct ovulation (Day 14) that day (lawrd have mercy I'm going to be soooooooo horny that day! Good deal, the Fuck Buddy is almost always available on Monday nights!
) and Day 14 of July, from my records, was a high weighing day. I looked at my food and remembered an extremely salty clam chowder cup I had, but of course there is no way to factor the exact cause.
Last year I was 144.0, too. With hope, I'll be less than last year, or at least the same. That would be nice, remember this? I thought I looked aiight. I think my goal was 135, but yeah, it's REALLY hard to be a beer drinker and have a BMI of 21.14 when my body's natural tendency when I'm not trying to diet is to be at a BMI of 23.5!

HAHA, it IS summer. I will post in the running thread more if I can, but the advice I have for you is to run on dirt, I have trail-ran in the forest for a few years and have not sustained chronic, common injuries like shin splints and bad knees--which I think is mostly due to the soft surface.
