day 81
Okay so when i start gym im going to start a whole new thread, and start my weight from 105 and get to my first goal which is 95. My goal will be in 10 kilo intervals.
I've kinda gone off my diet carb wise, like i've increased it by like 20 carbs.. which is bad but my appatite has just gone crazy and im really hungry these days.
For the first week of gym I'm going to stay under 15 carbs.. see how that works out. I'll be going gym 5 days a week. An hour walking.. 30 min bike, 30 min swimming and 30 mins weight training everyday. Can't wait.
I blame work mainly for my no exercise and the eating crap.
I'm too tired to exercise, and just so hungry from working. Meh.
5 days til end of school holidays so no more working everyday wooh.
So I can concentrate on my weight.

- 2 low carb wraps ( 6 carbs)
- lunch meat and cheese ( 1 carb)
lunch
- noodles ( 7.5 carbs)
- spagehhti sauce ( 2 carbs)
dinner
