- 2 slice cheese ( 1 carb)
- ham ( 1 carb)

lunch
- nothing

dinner
- noodles ( 7.5 carbs)
- soy sauce ( .5 carb)
- half egg ( .3 carbs)
- brocolli ( 2 carbs)

total carbs = 18.3 carbs



When I start my gym.. I'm going to go back to square one.
Atkins bar and shake for brekkie, salad for lunch, and meat and salad for dinner.

Hopefully that'll be good =)
 
day 78

breakfast
- left over dinner (10.3 carbs)

lunch
-subway ( 9 carbs)

dinner
- peanuts cause i was at a movie, but subway was really my lunch.. peanuts were like 14 carbs.. meh... better then popcorn LOL ( 14carbs)

total carbs = 33 carbs
 
Hi Crystal

Congrats for sticking to the low carb lifestyle for this long.
A few years ago I also tried it, it was good, I lost about 20 pounds in a month, but when I started eating carbs again, it all came back with an added bonus of 5 more pounds.:cuss:

I've incorporated a lower carb eating plan into my lifestyle now, but I'm too scared to go as low as ATKINS again.

How are your energy levels these days? Do you crave carbs anymore?

- 3 hotdogs ( 4.5 carbs)

- 2 pork chops ( 0 carbs)
- sauce ( 2 carbs)
- lunch meat ( 1 carb)
- cheese ( 1 carb)

Okay so when i start gym im going to start a whole new thread, and start my weight from 105 and get to my first goal which is 95. My goal will be in 10 kilo intervals.

I've kinda gone off my diet carb wise, like i've increased it by like 20 carbs.. which is bad but my appatite has just gone crazy and im really hungry these days.

For the first week of gym I'm going to stay under 15 carbs.. see how that works out. I'll be going gym 5 days a week. An hour walking.. 30 min bike, 30 min swimming and 30 mins weight training everyday. Can't wait.

I blame work mainly for my no exercise and the eating crap.
I'm too tired to exercise, and just so hungry from working. Meh.
5 days til end of school holidays so no more working everyday wooh.
So I can concentrate on my weight.

gahh i put like 1cm to my hips and waist.. not good.
its the jelly and peanuts i reckon.
but after this week im getting back into the fitness and shit, no more work so thank god!
gym 5 days a week and i wrote out what im eating everyday... so no more random snacking.. and if i feel hungry then ima chew gum!
