im going to go to my local gym tomorrow and check out to see how much their swimming costs and gym costs are.. would love to go gym everyday after school holidays since im not studying this year.

Breakfast
- nothing

lunch
- cheese ( 1 carb)
- ham ( 1 carb)
- jelly ( 2 carbs)

snack at work
- 3 sausage rolls no pastry (7.5 carbs)
- atkins bar (2 carbs)

dinner
- jelly ( 2 carbs)
- chicken breast ( 0 carbs)

total carbs = 15.5 carbs

gah~ i feel like a fat pig today.. felt like i ate so much

- subway (9carbs)

- shiritaki noodles... BEST EVER. ( 7 carbs)
- beef ( 0 carbs)
- satay sauce ( 2 carbs)
- 2 satay chicken sticks ( 2 carbs)

total carb = 22


Eek went over today =(
I swear lately i've been eating too much.. iono why.
Need to start eating less carbs.

Great job on your loss to date!

I notice you skip breakfast often. You probably should have a little something to help start your metabolism.
 
Yeah true, but I don't wake up til like 3pm LOL.. so no use. I just eat lunch right away.

And on the days I do eat brekkie, I'm working. I don't think I could stand working on an empty tummy.

I dont feel i lost anything.. I feel like Im losing my motivation to exercise. Hrmm.

Day 70

Wow, can't believe it's been just over 2 months since I've decided to change my life. I've been sucking at exercise.. hardly doing it atm cause im working 5 days a week and im just so tired cause work is real hectic working at a theme park and all.

But once the summer holidays are over, Im going to be joining a gym and going 5 days a week because I'm not studying this year.. well not til 2nd half anyways.

- chicken breast ( 0 carbs)
- satay sauce (2 carbs)
- 2 eggs ( 1 carb)
- brocolli ( 1 carb)

dinner
- 2 pork chops ( 0 carbs)
- just realised how much BBQ sauce really has.. so bad. ( 6 carbs)

snack
- low carb ice cream ( 5 carbs)

total carbs = 15 carbs

going to get low carb sauce tomorrow

meh went over again
im just going to eat healthy carbs when hungry.. but when i start gym in 2 weeks im going back to my normal carb stuff

I have been on my eating lifestyle change since Jan 3, 2008 and have lost 23 pounds.

My weight loss as slowed down because I haven't eaten right, I've kinda just been estimating my carbs, and didn't realise the vegies like brocolli and carrots had alot in it. So I've been going over like 10 carbs and stuff.

But in 2 weeks I'm joining the gym and willbe measuring my carbs =)

I'm a huge fan of surimi (fake crab, although I can get a lobster variant, too), and was quite disappointed to realize how carb-heavy it is. IIRC, some brands have more carbs than protein. (I don't do strict low-carb, but surimi is off my list of good protein sources due to the high carbs.)

whats surimi? LOL!

My appatite has been coming back lately.. i dont know why. But i keep snacking on stuff >.< bad.
