im going to go to my local gym tomorrow and check out to see how much their swimming costs and gym costs are.. would love to go gym everyday after school holidays since im not studying this year.
Breakfast
- nothing
lunch
- cheese ( 1 carb)
- ham ( 1 carb)
- jelly ( 2 carbs)
snack at work
- 3 sausage rolls no pastry (7.5 carbs)
- atkins bar (2 carbs)
dinner
- jelly ( 2 carbs)
- chicken breast ( 0 carbs)
total carbs = 15.5 carbs
gah~ i feel like a fat pig today.. felt like i ate so much
