Ok, I am here again a little annoyed with myself, thats how it goes, I lose lots quickly then relax and stop thinking and binge eat, well not so much binge but pick and not look at portion sizes, a long way to go clearly.
I'm not letting this get me down as I was doing so well and love this diary, and the presence of the site was helping no end. I clearly have to learn about saying no and keeping focused.
Its 6am and the family are in bed, Im going to start right now by kick starting this thing into action again by doing 20 minutes on my bike then 20 minutes pilates before work, still suffering with an injury but I can push myself to do that much surely.
Back on track and determined.
