Ok, feeling a little better about things today, just don't understand why I either eat healthily or just going over the top, doesn't make sense. Its kind of like once I blow it, its a good reason to really blow it.

Got to get in control, stop binge eating and stay focussed. I have to say I felt really wobbly after not having internet access. I am pretty limited every day with it now but will try at least to log on each morning to report on my diary, it really was helping me no end to understand where I was at.

Going to try and plan things a little better and see if calorie counting helps a little.

Crunchy nut 200 cals, milk 100 cals, Carrots, 100 cals, pickled onions 5 cals, chicken breast 160 cals, mangetout 15 cals, corn 30 cals. 2 x jaffas 94 cals, 2 x apples 120cals, soup 90cals, crisp and rock 150 cals, sweets 100 cals, slimfast 213 = 1377, amazing how it adds up but feels great to count the calories to give me an idea of my intake.

Stuck to around 1400 calories yesterday and weight not budged a bit, that was with exercise too, I always hover around 11 stone or over and its when things start to get me down, how can you have a natural weight of 2 stone heavier than when younger just because you are a few years older, or have kids. Doesnt make sense to me at all.

Anyhow, going to try and stay positive, I think for me, getting below 11 stone (appx 153lbs) will prove to me that I can tip into the next weight bracket for me which is something I struggle with. So much of this is in the mind I know.

I have a desk job where I sit for best part of 8 hours, is 1400 too much or too little, I wasnt hungry so how does one know?

Ok, I am here again a little annoyed with myself, thats how it goes, I lose lots quickly then relax and stop thinking and binge eat, well not so much binge but pick and not look at portion sizes, a long way to go clearly.

I'm not letting this get me down as I was doing so well and love this diary, and the presence of the site was helping no end. I clearly have to learn about saying no and keeping focused.

Its 6am and the family are in bed, Im going to start right now by kick starting this thing into action again by doing 20 minutes on my bike then 20 minutes pilates before work, still suffering with an injury but I can push myself to do that much surely.

Still struggling not to pick at sweet things when those cravings come although my food intake was clearly back to normal yesterday which I am pleased about. I find that I am craving sweet things and would easily not have tea to have a couple of full sugar sweet things. Got to start planning more if I can.

Back here again working up some resolve, really disappointed in my mindset again, why is it I cannot stay on track for more than a week.

Going to trial something for a week for myself and my busy lifestyle and young family does make it hard to totally think about all food intake. I am trying to incorporate my busy day and my family dinner too.

1 x shake - 213 cals, 2 x apples - 90 cals, 1 x shake - 213 cals, savoury snacks 99 cals, Salmon 90 cals, jacket spud 230 cals, veg 40. Choc low fat treat 99 cals. Soup - 180 - 1164 cals.

Shake 213, 2 x apples 90, savoury snack 99, choco bar 99, shake 213, that leaves for dinner around 600 calories. Lets see what I can cook up. Feeling positive.

My goal this week is to lose 2lbs and already 0.8 there which is fab.



Ok, feeling good now that I am 11stone 6 pounds, only half a stone to start seeing the 10's which is what I need, its been a while since I was under 11 and I would so love to get as low as 10 stone, a fit 10 stone. (140lbs) really love to.

Total cals 1293.

Im so focused right now after my littel blip well big one where I put 5lbs right back on in a space of a few days. My goal for this week is to shift 2lbs so Im pretty much on track to do that.

I find weighing myself daily a great way to see where I am at as I know I put weight on very quickly when I eat the wrong things. Even sticking is telling me I'm eating the right amounts, Im not hungry and thats a good sign for me.

1 x shake 213, 2 x treats 198, biscuit 52, 1 x shake 213, Jacket 400, slice ham, slice cheese, soft cheese spoonful low fat, 1 spoon relish (all appx 200). Around 1300 calories. Focused.

Was in a lot of pain last night and its very hard to stay motivated when suffering with pain, its very easy to give up too which Im not going to. The weight. Every pound I shift will help towards getting myself right, however long it will take. I wish I knew what the cause was, that would make the emotional side slightly easier. Anyhow onwards and upwards for another good day in the eating world. I'm really enjoying not thinking too much about what I eat in the day and then having a nice balanced and healthy meal at night. I like discipline rather than having to make big choices in my busy lifestyle. Its good for now anyway, maybe in time, I will learn to have more choices more of the time.

Just realised why Im feeling a lot slimmer, my weights were recorded wrong, I thought Id lost a lot more than my figures showed. All that discipline and walking this week has paid off. Feels great when arms and belly start feeling toned again, Im keeping this up. Thanks to this great forum, a place to come and read about other's experiences and a place to put my thoughts down.

1 x shake 213, 2 x apples 90 cals, 2 x treats 198, 1 x shake 213, soup 90, turkey pasta bake 400 and a few calories for cucumber and tomato (cant wait). Around 1200 cals. May fit a swim in tonight.

Thrilled to bits, changed my eating habits this week to become pretty strict but still enjoyable and had a massive weight loss, I keep thinkin the scales are wrong but I can really really tell, I've cut my calorie intake, exercised and its paid off, just what I needed. A few more pounds and I will be in the 10stones again which I want so much.

1 x shake 213, 2 x treats 198, 2 x apples 90, 1 x shake 214, leaves around 600 for tea which will include chicken legs, couscous and salad, a chocolate mousse too. Feeling a lot better about things today and although Im still in pain, I shall keep on fighting to get fit and shift this extra weight which we all know can cause health problems, even if its only a couple of stone overweight. All our bodies respond differently to things.
