Countdown to Competition

I think I like your instructor. I've got to ask, how long has it been since your instructor got any? Maybe he (or she) was hoping for offers after class ;).

I like having a plan and just get frustrated when my plan fails. Which happens offen, so I guess I'm frustrated often .

HA HA HA - Sorry just thought that was funny!!!

lol just because your married it never stops you from looking at a nice piece of man flesh ;) , just no touching

michelle is great, almost no subject is off limit in class if you have enough energy left to reply to her comments. I have never seen her low on energy but watch out in class if she has had a coffee or an energy drink just before class

Sounds like great inspiration and motivatin - she sounds like an excellent instructor!!!

, I was in the naughty corner with the other regulars while during the sprint section our instructor told us to imagine we were sprinting along a beach towards a naked surf lifeguard after not having had sex for 3 months :rotflmao:

If it's one of the Bondi Beach lifeguards - that could even get my lazy behind to sprint :)

I don't have a lot of time but felt i should bgin posting my food totals so yesterdays food execise and water totals came to ......

1820 calories
59.8 g fat 16%
129.5 g protein 35%
175.1 g carbs 48%

1.8 litres of water.

1 hour RPM approx 650 calories

this morning is football (soccer) then posibly mowing the lawn in the afternoon

the RPM class which was fun, I was in the naughty corner with the other regulars while during the sprint section our instructor told us to imagine we were sprinting along a beach towards a naked surf lifeguard after not having had sex for 3 months :rotflmao:

I freaking love this!!! I think your instructor sounds awesome, I have one that sounds just like her!

Great job on your food, exercise. I'm happy your weight is down ;) I'm eating like 8 boiled eggs per day. Well egg whites. I like it because it takes a little while to peel them so for someone like me that gives me time to recognize when I'm full.

Hahaha.. That sounds like a fun class! I could use an instructor that added a little fun.

It sounds like you stay incredibly active. I think I'd crash from exhaustion at night if I did as much as you.

Thanks for explaining it for us Yanks. Dave Beckham gave his first press conference with his American team yesterday and immediately caught himself saying football and promised that he'd get used to it soon.

Hey you - have a good morning - my morning is dog walking - house cleaning - dance class and cat sitting - ha ha ha - have a good day:D:D:D

Thanks for posting, i have had a v busy weekend and this morning the car broke down so it has been a bit of a mixed day.

most australians call the game soccer as well but i am married to an englishman who insists that it is football.

my good eating went out the window over the weekend, by having pizza for linch on saturday AND sunday :( but things went well at the gym this morning after getting the car working (dead battery)

I Increased my squat up to 115 kg (253.5 lb) :jump: which brings my total (295 kg) for all three lifts a little closer to both my short term goal (310 kg) and my long term goal (365 kg)

i will catch up on diaries when i get a few moments of free time

Holy crap on the weights geeesh - Ive never heard soccer being called football before...I totally love our ticker:):):)

cinderelly, football in Australia could refer to several different codes including soccer, Australian Rules football, Rugby league and Rugby Union, American football is gridiron, I usually play Rugby Union but coach soccer.

healthhabit, It is a lot of weight but i have been told I have the perfect build for powerlifting and now that I have a good coach i am seeing fantastic gains in what i can lift.

I have upper body this morning and while the kids are having their matial arts lessons this afternoon i have been given a different cardio session to do on tuesday consisting of 20 minutes of high intensity bike followed imediately by eliptical for 20 minutes at level 5, I have never used the eliptical before so i could be a little tired tonight.

I love your new ticker! Your goals are amazing. I want to cry . I hope someday I can make it even to half the weight you're pushing around.

Ohhh, I felt like you today...okay, not exactly, but maybe as close as I'm gonna get like you in my lifetime...a mini-Trusylver! LOL. I did my first 100lb bench....granted it was only one rep and all the encouragement and willpower in the world couldn't convince my arms to do a second rep...but it was a glorious rep LOL....seriously I swear it was the two inch press that I learned from you, right here in your diary that finally broke my frustrating "ceiling" on increasing my bench press. You rock.

p.s. hope you had fun on the elliptical.

I really can't wait until I can start with a trainer and understand the other half of your diary :). Thanks for being so supportive. I was a big Hawthorne Hawks fan in the early days of ESPN when they didn't have much programming and showed Australian Rules Football.

i done 20 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the elliptical at level 5 for 15 minutes, level 6 for 4 minutes and level 7 for 1 minute, I think i done ok for my first time completing a distance of 6.8 but not sure if the machine was in miles or kilometers keeping my heart rate around 160 - 170

I think it would be km? I'm not sure, but how did you like the elliptical? I have been thinking about switching up my spin classes with the elliptical again, I really like it.

the elliptical was ok but i think i still prefer the bike, because the bike brings back memories of when i was super fit and able to ride between 100 - 150 km every day.

I was soooo angry last night, a stupid bitch backed into my car and i didn't think she would ever stop, If my husband wasn't there to stop me i would be locked up now for assault, danm i felt like punching her lights out.:boxing:

but this morning was a good deadlift session, by putting the built up anger into my lifting i set a new PB for the deadlift at 130 kg (286.6 lb). I don't usually grunt much when i lift but the grunt today got EVERYBODYS attention

Thanks for all the support you have been giving me... i really really appreciate it:)

Congrats on your deadlift... you are doing soo amazing!
