it has been a tough morning so far today i have done upper body weights imediately followed by 1 hour of cardio kick boxing where i took the skin off my knuckles on the punch bags.
tonight i have more light cardio while the boys do martial arts then a short break before doing RPM.
I think i will sleep well tonight.
