OK I did week 2 day 1 this morning & made all of the running intervals without any troubles!  I'm so excited~I figured after being out of the gym a week with this stupid head cold I would be sucking!  
I have an awesome app on my Ipod Touch for the couch to 5k & I love it!!  You can use your own playlists & it prompts you when to run and when to walk!
