Vegas has been great!

New 20 day Clean Eating Challenge in a Secret Facebook group & today was day 1~!
I love that so many people are committing to themselves. It's amazing!!!
I went to
Whole Foods Market today (come shopping with me!):

Raw Cacao Shake...

I am feeling
really good! I caught myself feeling a little down at night about business & me falling off of being consistent the past two days (mainly due to Vegas) and feeling blah! ....But, after my workout, BAM... felt great. Peace.
Measurements come for my
30 days of Chalean in a couple days. Day 27 doubles tonight!

Food breakdown today ( DAY 1 of Facebook Secret Accountability Challenge) :
Bkfst: Chocolate Shakeology (tier 1)
Snack: 1 large carrot w/3 tbsp natural hummus (tier 1 and 2)
Snack: 1/2 wheat bread roll w/ tiny chunk of cheese inside (Tier 2 & Tier 2) + Kombucha -fermented probiotic drink
Lunch: Lean white meat Chicken breast w/ onions and red bell peppers, large mixed greens salad, fresh tomato sliced w/ red onion slices, tiny sprinkle light cheese-very little-olive oil sprinkle (Tier 1 & 2)
Snack: 1/2 slice of Raw Cake slice ( cashew, carob, agave, psyllium husk, walnut, dates, coconut oil -YUM! wow!
Dinner: 1 Raw Cocoa Shake (cocoa, agave, cashews, banana, mesquite powder, goji berries)
After workout: will be the other 1/2 of the shake + wheat grass cup.
