My dumb boss tried to write me up today again. He gave me verbal warnings supposedly on shit this past week also, and it's the second time in 4 months on this new positon. The fucked up part is that you don't learn shit here until you make the ERRORS. Quickbooks my ass! FUCK THAT! I didn't sign it, and I justified my position. I think he is trying to write me up and sign as a form of not paying for unemployement if they fire me. So no signing shit on my end. I did one time in February. Oh well. I'm not allowing for it to get me down ONE BIT today. And I most definitely didn't cry in front of that bastard this time, like I did last. Before I wasn't secure in my own being..NOW I am. God has gifts waiting, and FEAR only blocks them!!! :) Thanks for your wishes woman! You are the shit!

Hey Alta great work on the workouts!! You run so far - your endurance is amazing! Love it that you didn't let your boss get you down! I'd probably be crying in the washroom all afternoon! I would love to get enough to do something I love too or go back to school to become a nutritionist or personal trainer or something - I know it's not too late but I know it will take a long time till I'm making anywhere close to what I'm making now and with all the benefits and holidays and stock options and retirement plans I have now I can't give it up. Still sucks though because your always wondering what if.

The PLAN of ATTACK!!! Here it is...

...So I've been giving it some GOOD GOOD thought as to what I am going to do if and when I do get fired. I decided to focus my thoughts on what "I WANT" not what I don't want as we most often have the tendency to do so easily. LOL....but yes,...here goes:

So, I have been attracting weight loss clients MORE and MORE often. I have now attracted an "IT Tech SPECIALIST" who builds websites who is around 260lbs and charges about $1,500 minimum for a website. He talked to me about "bartering services" after like 5 times seeing me at mixers, and I was EXCITED AT THE OFFER!!!!!! So now he is building me a website in exchange for what I decided to be 15 hypnosis sessions! I really truly want him to advance and be successful and be my walking slim poster child! LOL...and to recapture his life back. Tonight as well, I have another paying weight loss client.

So, I started to THINK and let my thinking wheels run wild. I asked myself...

1) "What is it that you LOVE to do?" ....obviously my answer was Hypnotherapy.

2) "What area of Hypnotherapy do you really love and would love to focus more on to make more money and help people that will be indefinitely grateful for?......my answer was WEIGHT LOSS, and FITNESS!!!

3) "What can you do to get more business and make it more of a focus for you?" ........well, I can put together a WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGE DEAL that consists of a minimum of 8 sessions for $500, one session a week!!!!

4) "What else could you do to incorporate more of a unity and support system for them other than the one week meeting?".....well I could send them FOLLOW up emails mid week between our session and see how they are and give them some inspirational words and quotes.

5) "What else could you do to make this more fun and give them a support system other than yourself if they do not have one?".....then I thought...OF COURSE....I could create a FORUM based enviroment that links off my website and I could go on there and provide them online support and they can all intermingle and support each other, and mainly...THEY CAN VENT on there mid week as well and I can as well see what is troubling them and or their minor daily successes.

6) "What else could you do to help them in their success?"......Well, I could hold 2 monthly WEIGHT LOSS MIXERS for them all to come interact where they could bring friends who want to interact as well and we can make it at the park on a weekend and maybe even make it a POT LUCK style of HEALTHY foods that they can all taste and try and have them explain the health benefits of the food they brought to the mixer. This way they get to meet the people they will interact with online as well in person, and feel like they are not alone. Each mixer I will have more informative tips for them, and I can even make them FLIERS with the tips to take home with a quote to start on the top.

7) "What else to make the mixers more fun and different?".....Well, I could have a guest speaker, each time....for example: Someone who has conquered some weight loss and has a before and after we can put on a flier and have them speak to others about their struggles and how they overcame and continue to maintain. AND........I know a PERSONAL TRAINER who holds boot camps and will give them each ONE WEEK FREE to a BOOTCAMP that they can all attend, and have her speak as well on some workout tips and or exercises they can do at home. I can invite her to the mixers each and every time. I actually have 2 personal trainer friends who would love to do it!!! This can give them more inspiration as a group to workout, and to give it a try for FREE.


I plan to make this all available to them for the price of the $500 for the 8 sessions!!! I realllllllllllllly want to see people succeed and the more they succeed the more I SUCCEED physically, and mentally and business wise. If I get a MINIMUM of 5 people a month that alone is $2,500 cash!!!!

HOW CAN I GET THESE CLIENTS!?

1) I can go rent a BOOTH and post myself up for the day promoting as I used to do for other businesses in the past. Selling phones, selling houses, selling dolls (I was real young LOL)..and JUST DO IT!!! I'm sure I can get some clients to sign up. Not to mention they get the PERSONAL sessions of hypnosis with me as well, and we can do the weekly weigh ins at my office and reinforce good habits for them subconsciouly and give them someone to be accountable to.

2) I can make FLIERS and go to business that are somewhat related to the field and offer my services as a package deal, and talk to people one on one.

3) I can offer the ones who sign up a $100 discount for the package if they get a FRIEND to join as well, and their friend will get the package for the same price with all the perks described above! So that would be $400 a month for each of them instead of $500! (I checked online, alone for Jenny Craig food people pay for $100 a week for that, so paying for the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND to do this shit with you is a sinch!!) I am really undermarking my prices because the truth is I WANT TO GET OUT OF MY JOB ASAPPPPPPPPPPP and help as many people as I can as QUICKLY as possible to spread the word out about myself and my services and have referrals ROLLLLLING in! I know Hypnotherapist who without offering all the extras would charge $1,500 alone for a 10-12 series of sessions. Obviously when my schedule is ridiculously packed I will have to up the price of the package a bit so I can fit everyone in. Think about that later.)

4) I can give FREE talks/speeches at places about health and the benefits of Hypnosis for the mind, and MY PERSONAL STORY and my PERSONAL before and afters to inspire and motivate some.

5) MAINLY ....WORK ON MYSELF HARDDDDDDDD SO I AM THE POSTER CHILD AS WELL, and OF COURSE JOIN THE BOOTCAMP WITH MY CLIENTS. If I get enough people to join the bootcamp, then I can do it with them for FREE and I can be the hottest Hypnotherapist around!!!

6) Then....eventually.....do this NATIONWIDE. Create the same groups nationwide and eventually TRAVEL to see them all for the Monthly Mixer,...obviously I would only travel like Once a month to a certain location,....but STILL...I could have someone a client in another state organize the group. I could START my other group in WASHINGTON where the brother of the guy who is building my website lives and WHO REALLY REALLY wants a hypnotherapist as well. He wants to do it with his brother though, and this could be a GREAT way to have the support needed from ME and FROM ONLINE and from the MIXERS! I could arrange with a trainer to offer me the same specials in other states as well, and we can soon incorporate online hypnotherapy sessions as well.


I love MY IDEA!!! I could see me making $500 off of 25 clients a MONTH , which is only 6-7 clients a week (I still have free time :) )...and making $12,500 a month!!!!!!!! On the smaller scale $500 a month x 6 clients a month= $3,000 cash, plus unemployment which could pay my bills! ahaha)

I also plan to make RUNNING SELF HYPNOSIS CD'S so I can sell and or give away at my talks. I've had at least 7 people ask me for them as well. So much to do. DO YOU SEE WHY HAVING A JOB IS HOLDING ME BACK!?!!! ...I do. A blessing in disguise might be what getting fired with the opportunity of unemployement might do for me. God will know. All I know is I need TIME and not having a job will give me that!!!


...who knows....maybe EVEN DOWN THE LINE, THE CONTESTANTS IN THE CHALLENGE who win, we can raffle off a vacation to HAWAII or MEXICO for 2 ALL INCLUSIVE as their prize if they win BIGGEST LOSER/BIGGEST WINNER STYLE!...I can make it NATIONWIDE CHALLENGE so commemorate their success and so they can ROCK BATHINSUITS....you never know people may fall in love with other people that are on their journey too LOL...!!!

Going camping this weekend, and have been working out everyday! Love it. My abs are getting tigher in 4 days! Not swimsuit ready, but FUCK it.....I'm just gonna wear a one peice and not think about what has not been changed on me and eat only BBQ and stay away from carbs all weekend. Shots only. No beer. Though, I love beer. It's not worth it! My friend bought a boat, so we are all gonna Jet Ski and Tube on the lake and drive FAST. I'll swim too...maybe take my running shoes and go for a run too! :) All drunk. LOL!!! :)...wouldn't be the FIRST TIME!!
 
lol...Alta...I really enjoyed reading your Master Plan, you seem to like
writing long posts more than me. Good luck to you, I think your plan
is wonderful, and especially the part with the hypnosis + weight loss
because reading what people write on this forum alone made me realize
that most people don't believe deep inside that they can do it.

...and this is where "hypnosis" is the key, because this gives folks
the belief that this "will" program them and they won't have to force
themselves or use their willpower...lol

...obviously the truth is that this approach is short-term, but if you
design a system to keep people motivated, and really make them
aware that all they need to do is eat right and exercise...you will kick ass!

Here is the horrible news. I was stressing the hell out last week about my job and the write up, before I came up with my plan of Attack, and I ate like there was no Tomorrow. Also, my car the check engine light went on last week, and I have to get it checked still which added to last week's stress BIG TIME leaping over to this week as well, and it started shaking and ugh...Mercedes are EXPENSIVE to even look at let alone fix. Fuck. &....While I was camping that's all we did is EAT, and drink like we were going to the Sahara dessert as well...and BAM...I weighed myself yesterday on the digital scale that I bought for my clients..and it said...a HORRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE 165.6 lbs! :( :rant: WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've started counting calories, and working out again consistently. Reminding myself that every step counts. The good thing is that I have 2 really really consistent weight loss clients right now, and I am secretly losing weight with them I told myself. So weigh in will be when one of them weighs in...Every WEDNESDAY! I'm gonna work hard until then. Can't believe this shit! How the fuck do I gain 11 lbs in ONE WEEK!? Very very disappointed in myself. No drinking for me! I feel like I'm at the starting point ALL OVER AGAIN! I look fat as fuck too! Annoyed. But still POSITIVE. Every step matters. Every squat. Everyyyyyyyyyything.

Some people gain a few pounds over a weekend,....how do I gain 11 lbs?! The truth is that we mainly did it all in alcohol which makes me realize FUCK ALCOHOL! That shit is NOT aligning with my goals AT ALL! Escaping reality is NOT the answer. FACING REALITY is.

Alta - I totally feel your frustration. Even though the weight crawled up on you so fast, I know you can lose it just as quickly. You have all the tools and knowledge to get yourself to where you want to be. I know I've gone backwards myself, and it hurts. I want to eat everything bad for me but I know I can't and I know I can't excuse the "cheats" and the slip ups anymore if I want to get back to where I was. Damn alcohol is what kills me too. I wish I had better self control. I am to the point where I'm going to work and babysit the next two weekends so that I CANT go out and party! I know you've got plenty of things that can keep you occupied as well so focus on those things for a while and celebrate when you smash down those 11 pounds cuz they ain't got shit on you Alta! You will be back down on the scales before you know it. Hope things get better for you soon but sometimes it's good to have a bitchathon! So let it all out and tomorrow is a new day!
 
Hey Alta - I can feel your pain too - that has happened to me so many times. But you always get back on track and stay positive which is so inspiring! You know it's almost all water weight so if you work hard for two weeks it should be gone! Get on that treadmill girl! Alcohol did it for me last weekend too and even though I had a good week I had probably over 30 drinks last weekend and no matter how good of a week I'm still going to be up because of it. The truth is you have to have fun still while being on your journey and if that means letting lose every now and then - then so be it! You'll pick yourself back up and it will all be worth it! I bet you had a ton of fun at camp with your friends and you wouldn't take that back to be a couple pounds lighter on the scale. You shouldn't anyway and just remember it is one day at a time and you will get there! Great attitude as always - you can do it!
 
11 pounds in a week sounds like carb weight. maybe from the hotdog hamburg buns from camping. no white bread / empty carbs for a week should drop it fast.
