Just got back from the gym with Ivette....
didn't do much....
abs for like 20 mins. with weights.
30 mins of Sauna-hot ass hell-sweat like a mofo
12 mins of bike
10 mins of Stair Master--HIIT intervals
...shouldn't have right now after the gym AT NIGHT on top...but I did...eat.
An eggwhite omellete with spinach, onion, tomato with one real whole egg...again,...nothing to eat at home...I NEED to go shopping.

I'm feeling guilty,...for eating at night....just might go hop on my stationary bike and ride for like 20 -30 mins. ...we'll see..or I just might go to bed soon after I watch an hour of a video for class, get some needed rest, cause my throat is scratchy...and get up and do the gym in the morning and at night tomorrow after classes as well.

I'm doing great so far in everything! I've written 7 essays these past two weeks, attended class 2 nights a week for 3 hours each time, and thrown in 6 additional Practicum classes of 3 hours each.
I AM ON TOP OF THINGS!!!! ....and continuing my training for my FULL MARATHON in November!!
...it's gonna be SUPER hard, to do it all...train, go to school & everything cause these next months are gonna be intense. I'm worried that I won't have enough time to train and do my classes....butttttt

...also I'm on top of things at work ....I'm getting my
"Own" Office after 2 months at my new position now ....well, because...plain and simple... I am the shit!
