Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

I second what Blancita said. Hope everything's okay. And by the way, that's some mean-ass training you're doing lately. 200 steps up 6 times??!! I would be pedal-missing shaking by step 20! It's a great thing you got going though, to have a partner who's at about the same fitness level as you. This is why I do my work-outs alone... Got to get the fitness up before I annoy some poor old lady for a daily walk...

With a lot of praying and positive thoughts,....I have been able to WHIP myself out of a negative spiral and realize that though negative things happen in people's lives sometimes....& it can be used positively,if it is a means to get back NEAR GOD!.......

...I am taking this week to refocus my life.....and to MAKE sure I make time for everything that makes me happy because I lost control last week with things at home, with exercise, with school, with EVERYTHING!!!!

......I AM HAPPY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!:party:

Positive things:

1) I started eating RAW again....(just have to make A LOT more time to think about what I eat and to prepare this stuff cause it's time consuming.)

2) My boyfriend and me are closer than EVER in the past 4 1/2 years...and I thank GOD!!! He is my rock.......and this past month, he has turned into the person I have ALWAYS DREAMED ABOUT!!! ....in every every possible way...

3) Curviegirl (valerie) is coming down this weekend to LA from Santa Cruz and she convinced me to go to a RAVE..haha...which I'm REALLLLLLY excited for!!! :drool5:

4) I am getting back ontop of school and my essays and case studies

5) I am performing a Subconscious Reprogramming through handwriting analyses on myself, which is doing AMAZING things for my confidence and accomplishments.

6) I am logging my food into an excel sheet (SO HARD FOR ME!)

7) Devising a plan so that I can fit it ALL IN and still have time for exercise:svengo:



The Plan: (cross your fingers)...my hours are SO COUNTED...i even have to PLAN time with the bf!...hahaha.....

Monday: 6:00 am-7am Spinning
9am-5pm work
5:30pm-6:30pm-Prepare Raw Lunch for Tomorrow and Dinner (w/bf)
7-10pm school
10:30-12am-Swim @ gym and sauna
1am-8am --Sleep :drool5: (w/bf)

Tuesday: 9am-4pm-work
5:00pm-7:30pm-run w/ Elena -Running partner
7:30pm-8:30pm make lunch for tomorrow + dinner -Raw (w/bf)
8:30pm-9:30pm Relax and Shower (w/bf)
9:30pm-11:30pm Case Studies Video + Essay (w/bf)
12:00am-6:30 Sleep (w/bf)

Wednesday: 6:30-7:30am- Run 4.5 miles by the house by myself
9am-4pm-work
4:30pm-6:30pm-make Raw food for lunch + dinner (w/bf)
7pm-10pm-school
10:30pm-12am-gym-swimming and sauna

Thursday: 9am-4pm-work

Saturday: 9:30am-4:30pm-Cas Studies-school
4:30-7:30pm-Run HILLS w/ Elena (LONG RUN!)
8:00pm-FREE TIME w/ bf---

Sunday: Videos + Cooking + Baby Run

= 2-3 practicums Case Studies-(sat + thurs)
= 2 days of regular class
= 2 swims
= 1 Spinning session
= 5 running sessions- with ONE real LONG run

Hey girl! Your plan looks solid and with you writing it down, I know you will stick to it! I believe God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost are there to guide us in our time of need. It's awesome you were spiritual enough to let them in and help you in your dark place! The devil will always tempt you, but I KNOW you are are strong! Well, enough with Sunday School! I don't know how you possibly fit in everything that you do & still find time for others. I have been reading your diary for quite some time & getting exhausted just reading about your exercise regime. I want you to know that you have been the driving force behind me getting involved in an organised exercise program for the first time in my life. ...GUESS WHATTTTTTTTTT?!!?!?!....yesterday I registered for my FIRST FULL MARATHON!!! 26.2 miles!!!!!!!!!!! :party:...coming OCT.11!!

...I am excited and nervous at the same time, because my running schedule has been thrown out of sorts these past 2 weeks with the huge workload at school, and work....and home life!!! :svengo:...I noticed that I was getting depressed that I couldn't run....so I did it...made the commitment...and NOW ...FORCE MYSELF TO GET UP AT 5:25 am...to RUN my little heart out!!!!! :patriot::gnorsi: It has to be DONE!!!!!!!!!!!

alta you look smashing! just thought i'd inform you in case you had any doubt. I do have a questioon for ya. i recently got into running. Just looking for tips and such. i have a 5k i plan o doing in may, so i ahve plenty of time to train, but i thought i ask a runner for tip. i've ran 3 times. and gotten as far as 2.2 miles. also what kind of stretches do you do for your calves? thanks you so much and i appreciate all you've done on here, all motivating and such. you look great, and i'm sure it'll only get better as time passes. All we can do is keep going strong!

And as for stretches...I stretch for about 15 minutes now..because in the past I have been injured and that SUCKS!!!!...stretch properly!!! :D!...WOWWWWWWW...I'm so HAPPY for you and your running!! YOU GO THERE!!!!!...You can do anything you put your mind to!
