My new schedule to fit it all in!

Thank you so much for coming and worrying about me!!! You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!
With a lot of praying and positive thoughts,....I have been able to WHIP myself out of a negative spiral and realize that though negative things happen in people's lives sometimes....& it can be used positively,
if it is a means to get back NEAR GOD!.......
...I am taking this week to refocus my life.....and to MAKE sure I make time for everything that makes me happy because I lost control last week with things at home, with exercise, with school, with EVERYTHING!!!!

I AM HAPPY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!
Positive things:
1) I started eating RAW again....(just have to make A LOT more time to think about what I eat and to prepare this stuff cause it's time consuming.)
2) My boyfriend and me are closer than EVER in the past 4 1/2 years...and I thank GOD!!! He is my rock.......and this past month, he has turned into the person I have ALWAYS DREAMED ABOUT!!! ....in every every possible way...
3) Curviegirl (valerie) is coming down this weekend to LA from Santa Cruz and she convinced me to go to a RAVE..haha...which I'm REALLLLLLY excited for!!! 
4) I am getting back ontop of school and my essays and case studies
5) I am performing a Subconscious Reprogramming through handwriting analyses on myself, which is doing AMAZING things for my confidence and accomplishments.
6) I am logging my food into an excel sheet (SO HARD FOR ME!)
7) Devising a plan so that I can fit it ALL IN and still have time for exercise
The Plan: (cross your fingers)...my hours are SO COUNTED...i even have to PLAN time with the bf!...hahaha.....
Monday: 6:00 am-7am Spinning
9am-5pm work
5:30pm-6:30pm-Prepare Raw Lunch for Tomorrow and Dinner (w/bf)
7-10pm school
10:30-12am-Swim @ gym and sauna
1am-8am --Sleep

Tuesday: 9am-4pm-work
5:00pm-7:30pm-run w/ Elena -Running partner
7:30pm-8:30pm make lunch for tomorrow + dinner -Raw (w/bf)
8:30pm-9:30pm Relax and Shower (w/bf)
9:30pm-11:30pm Case Studies Video + Essay (w/bf)
12:00am-6:30 Sleep (w/bf)
Wednesday: 6:30-7:30am- Run 4.5 miles by the house by myself
9am-4pm-work
4:30pm-6:30pm-make Raw food for lunch + dinner (w/bf)
7pm-10pm-school
10:30pm-12am-gym-swimming and sauna
1am-8am-Sleep (w/bf)
Thursday: 9am-4pm-work
5:00pm-7:00 pm -either prepare Raw food-or Run depends on
whether I have case study @ night or not.
